The apartment is very spacious and was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The terrace is huge. Water, coffee and hot chocolate were provided to us. We lacked nothing. Patrick was a very friendly host. Thank you! We will be happy to come back.

Those who want to distance themselves from the city and enjoy their evening will find a little paradise in this apartment. For an apartment in an apartment building, this apartment is one of the best addresses in all of North Rhine-Westphalia. Although I was only there for one night for work, I felt absolutely welcome and at home from the start. I travel a lot for work and therefore know numerous BnBs! This apartment is really a little oasis and an absolute recommendation! Okay. The underground parking was not so easy to find at first, because the whole residential complex is a bit winding. Unfortunately, there is no elevator to the 3rd floor. None of that matters once you unlock the door. I was very satisfied, also with the entire communication. For me, this apartment is an absolute favorite. I'll be back!

Wonderful overnight stay – highly recommended! I had a fantastic time staying at this place! I was warmly welcomed upon arrival, and you immediately noticed how much love for detail is involved here. The apartment was sparkling clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need – from comfortable beds to a small, well-stocked kitchen. I especially liked the quiet location, which was still very central – perfect for exploring the surrounding area. Communication with the host was also super friendly and straightforward, I felt completely comfortable and welcome. I would highly recommend staying here and would come back anytime! When I arrived at the accommodation, I did not have to wait long and Karim was there quickly and showed me everything and then handed me the keys. I was there for 3 days with my boyfriend, and we enjoyed the time together and felt very comfortable there because it was really a quiet place. The bedding was so cuddly, we slept very well. I can really recommend Karim's accommodation to everyone, and we will hopefully be back soon.

We were here for an extended weekend and for such an occasion the apartment is quite wonderful. The house is in a relatively quiet residential area, not far from the train. In the center of the village, there are shops and a delicious bakery. The apartment is sufficiently equipped, many things have been thought of (e.g. matches next to the lantern), in addition, the guest can expect a cool beer in the kitchen. The stay was great, thanks to Reinhard!

we spend a week with our 3 Kids at the flat. İt was huge enough so everyone had they're privacy. beds and bathtoom was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. (Thanks for all the coffee by the way). İt has a large terrace wich is a fun when you have the sun. The flat is near the road but it was very very quit.We had an electric car and could use the wall box to charge it for a fair price which was a big advantage for us. We got always very quick response from Emil when we had a question. Would definitely recommend Emils flat and be glad to stay again.

This place was by far the nicest I've ever stayed in. The pictures in the ad hardly do justice to the lovingly furnished apartment – everything looks even more inviting and cozy on site. The surroundings are quiet, idyllic and simply beautiful. The apartment is equipped with everything you need to feel good and live. Communication was also straightforward and warm at all times. We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment. The fenced garden was ideal for our dogs, who also enjoyed the walks by the nearby water. Everything was tip top clean and nicely decorated - you noticed that someone made an effort. The surroundings are amazing and you can quickly reach all the interesting places in the Ruhr area. An absolute recommendation!

Great, quiet town. Easy access to tourist centers, Cologne and Düsseldorf, etc. Modern, clean apartment. There is everything you need for life. The host is a responsive, sociable person, always available.

Our stay was very nice. The place was just as pictured. The apartment was very clean and in pristine condition. Another plus was of course the pool and sauna. Umut was always available, immediately helpful and an absolutely perfect host. Communication always went smoothly and there were no questions or requests left unanswered. we had a great time at Wilfried's, his apartment is as described and you will feel at home. You can easily find places to park around the building and the shops are not very far away. You could find a moment of tranquility by going to the swimming pool which is also in the building.

It was my first time in Germany. From the beginning she was very helpful to gave me the all instruction about public transportation. Her Husband Rodrigo also very kind. The house is beautiful, safe, near to tram and train station. She speaks English very well to communicate. Everything was perfect with this place. If I will visit Cologn, I will choose here again and again.

Great location for me going to a conference all week at the Messe. Close to bus stop from the Flughafen Düsseldorf, and the streetcar either into town or to the Messe. Lots of options like ride sharing, bike and scooter sharing. The apartment was in a great building with very nice people. The apartment was just as described in the listing. Very clean and I felt at home.
