Beach house vacation rentals in Noosa Heads

What a fabulous stay. Each one of us commented daily on how grateful we were to find such a gem of an airbnb for our special family get together. The little cousins loved it as did the parents and grandparents! Suitable for all ages and holiday styles. We wondered to the beach regularly, drive to nearby attractions and spent a lot of time enjoying the house itself. We even had a private chef come dine us one night who commented on what a fabulous Airbnb it was - he’s been o a few. Thanks for your frequent and flexible communication Cathy. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Anne's place was spacious and was in a great location with access to a path that takes you to the beach only a few minutes walk away. Kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials to cook and bbq. Inside and outside living areas and dinning space were decent and big enough for our group of 6 to spread out. The extra beach towels were nice to have and the beautiful wine, treats and dog food were a lovely touch. Anne responded quickly and had great communication with us. Thank you Anne for being an amazing host.

We had a lovely stay with our two young kids. The home has amazing views, cute kitchen and we loved being able to hear the ocean. We were pleasantly surprised there were a few kids’ toys. As others have said, it’s walking distance to some shops and coffee, as well as a playground. The place does have a lot of stairs - something to note if you also plan to stay with young kids. I noticed afterwards that you can request baby gates. Also worth noting that the main bedroom and second bedroom are on opposite ends of the home (ie. not on the same level). Overall a great experience!

Me and my friends spent our Easter Holiday here. The rustic vibe of the place made us feel like it's our home. Shelly beach is overlooking and a walking distance away from the property, which is so convenient. Complete amenities, books and even a turntable with lots of vinyl to play and choose from. David is responsive and his instructions are clear, he even let us do an early check-in. Coming to this place feels like going home to your family to reset and recharge for the weekend from the buzz and rush of the city. We will definitely book this place again!

Great spot for a large family weekend get together. Host was very helpful and responded quickly. Plenty of room for everyone and we all enjoyed our time together. Although there is no air conditioning it was a well designed house to catch any breeze. Fridge didn’t work very well and would have loved some proper blinds especially in the top floor area but we were aware of that before we arrived. I guess the house is beginning to show its age and the fridge took sometime for it to cool down but we would definitely come back again. Thank you for having us

Georgi's townhouse was super close to the Mudjimba beach and right by the park to the delight of my kids! The place was really cozy and catered to our big family. Everything was clean and the amenities were fantastic and pretty new. Georgi gave thorough instructions and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would happily recommend this place to anyone and would stay here again.

Brett’s place has a lovely open and calm feel to it, with a super outlook over to the beach and ocean. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms off each are great too. And it’s an easy 2 min walk down onto the beach. Just remember there aren’t shops nearby so take everything you need for cooking as you’ll be eating in - the kitchen is pretty well stocked, though a few more key items in the utensils drawer would be helpful. Overall though a really great place to stay and relax.

Catherine’s place was the perfect place for our family get away. Our fur babies loved the beautiful law to play on & we really enjoyed the expansive outdoor living space overlooking the pool. Catherine is very approachable & accommodating, we would love to stay again in the not too distant future! Thank you for hosting us Catherine, you made our Easter weekend special.

We had a fantastic time and Noosa is a great place to visit so much to do. The house is in a beautiful setting and quiet neighborhood. Lots of lovely shops and places to eat and a short walk to the beach - it has it all. We were a mixed bunch staying here and it suited all our needs. We would definitely stay here again. Communication was fab

It is excellent—very clean with beautiful interior decor. However, the kitchen doesn’t have a range hood, so if you plan to cook something like steak, be careful not to set off the fire alarm.

Such a beautiful holiday home - we were amazed from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. The kids barely left the pool the entire time. We loved the aesthetic and decor - felt like home. Thanks so much - we will be back!

Great house for a large group or 2 families like we had. Pool was good for a dip after the beach, but more a plunge than a big family affair. Good facilities in a decent house otherwise, rooftop spot is lovely for a quiet drink (and we’d rate the idea of getting one of the many local private chef’s in for a night, house is well set up for this!) Area is quiet suburban, 5 min drive to anything needed but probably not super walkable - that said, sunshine beach SLC is sensational, we drove to Noosa almost every day without a hassle, loads of shops & whatever you need is easily accessible. Kerriann was fantastic to deal with, super fast & helpful in comms.

Breakers is a beautiful house (exactly as described). Comfortable, wonderful and relaxing setup for the property made even better by the little helping touches from Lacey and Yentl who were super helpful and friendly (arrived on a public holiday a little early and they helped us in early and had setup cots and a baby play matt for our group!). 5 min walk to a patrolled beach was also a huge plus on top of the pool!

Our whānau had an enjoyable stay at Dan's place. Ample room for 7 adults. Kitchen, dinning & lounge was spacious which was great no getting in each other's way. Even though it was wet most of our stay, we still made use of the pool to cool down as humidity was high. We had a great stay and would recommend Dan's place. Thank you Dani.

The place was spotless, and very spacious. Well appointed and cared for property that would suit a large family vacation. You’ll have to drive for five minutes to get to the beach, but there’s plenty to choose from.

We absolutely loved this home for our family getaway. We had 5 adults and 3 children which this home accommodated so well for. It's very spacious and free from clutter. The pool and easy beach access were a hit for us. Would definitely recommend staying in Renè's holiday house.

We absolutely adored Susan’s home. The beach is a few steps from the front door and house is modern and clean and stunningly decorated. Housed 5 tall family members very easily with lots of spaces to escape to for privacy or reading. Pool is lovely in afternoon. Highly recommend this incredible vacation home
