Family-friendly vacation rentals in Nongsa

Wilson/Sen was responsive. Unit was clean and of good size for extended family to stay together (we are from 3 different households) Food and service and shopping all within walking distance. The children enjoyed the swimming pool saying its better than the hotels.

Property is clean and instructions from host is clear, a good place for short stay in JB.

Didn’t manage to check in due to Covid-19 (PKP) . But the host manage it very well. 👏👏 Five ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

An affordable and pleasant accomodation for family. My kids enjoyed the tree house and bouldering wall alot. Pillows and beds were comfortable. Cleanliness definitely cannot be compared to hotels, generally as acceptable as a 10-year old apartment. Toilet fixtures were good. Some visible wear and tear in the apartment but can tell that the team does their best to upkeep the apt. My only gripe was there were ants in the kitchen, dining table, spiders, bagworms on the walls and 2 cockroaches during our stay. Providing a water filter was a nice touch but we still saw black specks in the water output, perhaps the filter is due for change.

Great living room and space for family time and small talk after one whole day of shopping. Is very accessible to famous eats in mount austin and Southkey.

Checking in was a breeze thanks to the instructions given. The place is peaceful, clean and had everything I needed even a drinking water dispenser. Host was super responsive and friendly! The area doesn’t have much around but it’s definitely not far from CIQ. Will definitely book this place again!

Great atmosphere and place. Cosy as well. A little bit inconvenient if walking is main mode of transport, but with the wonderful amenities and security provided, it was definitely worth it.

We really loved this place! The location was very convenient and the place was very clean and spacious enough for 13 people. The host was very responsive and helpful as well, giving us clear instructions for check in. She also helpfully accommodated extra mattresses for us! I would highly recommend!

We stayed at this Airbnb for 4 days 3 nights. Tang is so responsive and reply our queries very promptly. The house is spacious and easy to find. Clear instruction given by owner ,Tang on how to check in and checkout. Overall , our family have a lovely stay at the Airbnb😆

We had a wonderful time staying at Catie's place. It was exactly as described and perfect for a longer stay (we were there for nearly two weeks). The access to the beautiful swimming pool and the rooftop area are also great bonuses! The building is really safe and secure, the security guards at the entrance/reception were always very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need for your stay. So nice to be able to sit out on the balcony and watch the madness of the Woodlands crossing! Would definitely stay in Catie's place again - highly recommend!

Excellent place! We are so glad we stayed here. Central to everything with the MRT stop right there. The place was very clean and comfortable and has essentially all of the amenities (kitchen, pool, gym, laundry)

Wilson's apartment was spacious, peaceful, and spotless. He was very accommodating, kindly allowing us to check in early because of my daughter's 2 PM tuition. Highly recommended place to stay! Thank you Wilson. Cheers!

Das Condominium liegt etwas ausserhalb von Johor und bietet eine entspannte, grüne Umgebung: tagsüber Vogelgesang und abends ein kleines Fröschkonzert. Der Zugang zum Swimmingpool und Gym ist ein tolles Extra. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr geräumig, hell und mit viel Liebe zum Detail geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist äusserst bequem, und man merkt sofort, dass das Wohl der Gäste hier an erster Stelle steht. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen sorgenfreien Aufenthalt braucht. Tom war sehr freundlich und immer schnell erreichbar. Wir haben die Wohnung und unseren Aufenthalt rundum genossen.

Pleasantly surprised by how clean, cosy, and comfy the unit was—better than expected despite some wear and tear. Big shoutout to the security team — they were friendly, alert and really on top of things, which made us feel safe with people coming in and out of the building. Wilson was super responsive, even late at night when our kid got locked in a room—he quickly sent a handyman to help. Check-in/out was smooth. Would definitely come back!

This is not the first time I book under Wilson units and it is always a great pleasure to stay at his unit. This one bedroom unit is clean, meet my expectation, and very easy to check-in. I will continue to book all units under Wilson's unit again.

Host is also responsive and helpful, both check in and out were hassle free. provided chrysanthemum packet drinks and bottled drinking water. A wonderful place for my family! Danial’s apartment is just a few blocks away from my father’s home. It’s so convenient for my family to visit my father during Chinese New Year. The environment is very good cause it’s surrounded by golf court and greenery. Aeon mall, IKEA and Mid Valley Southkey are about 15-20 mins driving distance from Danial’s place. A very great experience.
