The housekeeper and a fat servant are very welcoming, the service is very good, this trip was very pleasant, we had a very pleasant stay hopefully we will have another chance to come to Pattaya next time, we will choose to stay here again, we have a little more time to leave, the housekeeper arranged a very enthusiastic driver for us, very enthusiastic, hope to see the driver again next time.

Fantastic location. Marussel was always fast to respond. Quiet room. Comfortable bed. Beach, restaurants, laundry service and supermarket all very walkable. Great view of the city and the pool and ship but high enough not to have any noise. Will definitely stay their again, I felt right at home

We loved our stay at Jiranan’s place. The space was large, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. The host was responsive and helpful. Everything matched the description. There are many highly-rated restaurants nearby, offering both local and European cuisine. The beach is easily accessible, and the property has a large, well-maintained pool with a cozy café. The security staff is very friendly and even accepted deliveries for us. The Internet was perfect for work and playing games. A couple of things to keep in mind: at night, music from the bar street can be heard until around 2 AM, which might be an issue for light sleepers. Also, the condominium building management considers the tourist season to be from November 15 to February 15, so outside of these dates, there may be room decoration work in neighboring units from 9:00 to 17:00.

This place was perfect! Suited our needs, and we were well taken care of by the staff. Nearby to restaurants and convenient stores yet tucked away to enjoy privacy.

A stunning villa in a beautiful location, with 24/7 shop nearby and several restaurants. The terraced pool is perfect to relax in while the host is incredibly friendly with quick and clear information. Amazing stay!

Nice large villa in a decent location - it's hard to find any truly walkable to walking street. Everything is pretty spelled out in advance. The cash deposit and threats of fines and charging for electricity certainly made me uneasy and almost unwilling to take the risk, but I imagine crazy parties and damages are likely common in Pattaya and they also rent outside Airbnb so I somewhat understand. The electricity is the only part I find distasteful but to some degree I get it though expect to pay €200 a week extra for moderate use which seems excessive. All in all - still a great stay and they weren't overbearing or excessive with any fees and treated me fairly. Would stay again.

Inna was very helpful as I booked incorrect 4 adults into a room with only one bed however she sorted us out very easily. As it was during peak tourism we got a sofa bed and big bed but worth it for $15aud per person a night with a rooftop pool, lounges and bougie settings with easy access to the beaches and pattaya town 👌. She got the Boys who work for hdg to personally show us the rooms and drive us to our upgraded apartments also which was very appreciated 🙂

The actual environment of the room is cleaner and more comfortable than the photos, and the pool is relatively clean, and the room is very refreshing.The host was also quick to respond and was very enthusiastic about issues.If you are inadequate, you need to take a taxi from the commercial center, but there are convenience stores at the door of the room.It's a local area, and if you come to the water festival next time, also book this one.Play with locals, don't go to the pedestrian streets

I booked a last-minute stay for some much-needed peace and quiet. Yai was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. The pool is amazing, and the living area is spacious with a big TV and fast internet. It’s a great place to relax and unwind!

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful villa, and I must say it was an exceptional experience! The hospitality was top-notch, and our host was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The villa itself was stunning, with a great pool and beautifully maintained rooms. The amenities were also impressive, making our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

We stayed for a month and we really liked it, Sue was very helpful and ready to help with everything. When Sue found out we were coming with a small child (1 year old) they bought us a baby mattress and blanket. The apartment had everything you need for a long stay, dishes, appliances, etc. The complex itself is also great, a huge pool, but the part with the ship was closed. What was very pleasant, the apartment also had everything necessary for self-cleaning. The condominium itself has washing and drying machines, and there is a new laundry room nearby. We'd love to stay again when we get back. Thank you for your apartment and great service.

Great place to hang out with friends and family. The pool lights in the night really enhances your experience of staying in the pool villa!

For the price it was great. The Internet was a little slow but other than that it was fine.
