Staying in 23 degree condo for a month was a wonderful memory for us. After checking in, Koy kindly resolved some inconveniences immediately and offered me a tour of Kaoyai's good restaurants and national parks. Also, Koy made us feel comfortable during our stay as if we were at an old friend's house.

The room is very cozy and cute.

My friend and I had a pleasant stay. The room is spacious and comes with required facillities. We also had to do some work away from offices- the provided internet is of good speed, and so we had no problem at all working from there

This is a great little apartment near Khao Yai National Park. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was even provided which we weren't expecting! It appears by the door each morning, so if you have any dietary requirements make sure you tell the host in advance. Unfortunately we didn't so couldn't eat the breakfast on the first morning, but we messaged the host that day and then the next day we had a veggie breakfast delivered! The wifi was temperamental and didn't always work. We also found the mattress far too firm for our likely, but still managed to have a good night sleep. The apartment is in a great location for exploring Khao Yai National Park. It is in quite a remote area, so you do need to either have a car or make sure you have pre-booked taxis. There aren't any grab drivers around here. Although Roma restaurant is only a few minutes walk away, and the village is about 25 mins on foot. Overall, a great stay!

Highly recommended 10/10, great place to wind down. Our stay was near Christmas, and whether or not it was intended. The room furnitures were well decorated with the Christmas Spirit. Every staff member was helpful and polite. About 15 minutes to get to the main road where great restaurants are; not bad at all. Room was very clean with a well equipped kitchen that allows for a full meal that feeds 4 peoples easily. Only issue was the wifi was not working and we couldn’t really contact the host throughout the entire stay. However aside from that, everything was perfect and we had a very great time.

Troy was a helpful and kind host. The apartment is very nice, quiet and with a nice view!

Lovely pool with lush greenery. You must take that walk/drive to The Peri Hotel just beside for B299 buffet breakfast. Not to be missed.

This is a lovely apartment, four of us stayed for two nights and it was very comfortable. It is well situated but you do need a car to explore the area, which is quite large so this really goes for wherever you stay. There's some beautiful places to visit, I'd recommend the national park for great views.

This apartment and it's toilets are very clean and well kept. Ammenities such as body wash and shampoo, bedroom slippers, soap bars are provided. Very glad to have found this apartment for my family of 6.

If you want a place to stay that is close to nature, we recommend that you book the accommodation of K. Ratana because it is spacious, close to many tourist attractions and famous restaurants, and convenient to travel. There is no internet service in the room, and you cannot use a TV. However, it is still a place to stay that is suitable for relaxing and admiring nature. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Nelly's place for 3 great nights & enjoyed every minute of it. The room is super spacious and you have everything you might need even for longer stays. The view we had from our balcony was simply amazing and there's also a lovely outside pool for use. The immediate surrounding area was really peaceful, the property is well guarded and there's a restaurant on the premises so you don't have to worry about finding food - not that that's an issue either as there's lots of restaurants and cafes nearby too. We had a small issue with ants but it was nothing that we couldn't get under control with the host's help. Nelly herself was a great host, super responsive, answered our every question with kindness & even gave us a list of restaurant recommendations upon arrival. We'd gladly stay here again and again!

Great location, Great place, Nice ambiance and surroundings within the Condo was well maintained and looks very greenery. An apartment itself fairly big with big living room and two bedrooms with own bathroom was very convenient and tick our group. We will surely consider to stay there again once we have a plan for trip in Khao Yai.

Great host. Available and very pleasant in conversations. The place is better than I thought. Spacious, bright, well decorated and very clean. All the rooms were pristine. There were 4 of us, I think there's room for 6 people. Great for groups. Soap, champoo, and snack available were extra attention thank you I recommend and will come back if I am in the area even alone.
