Perfect people and place

Beautiful apartment, very spacious and well equipped. Clelia and Gaia were very welcoming hosts and kindly allowed us to add extra guests to our booking at short notice. Our children loved the toys and little table, plus everything was provided for them (highchair, cot,...). The location was perfect, there was so much to do we didn't even scratch the surface in 4 days. Hopefully we can come back again!

We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment! The location was ideal and well connected by public transport, allowing you to fully use the Trentino card! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: spacious, clean and well furnished. The kitchen is well-equipped. The hospitality was impeccable. Alessandra and Michele are great hosts, very helpful providing us with all the information we needed to explore the area, as well as welcoming us with a great freshly made strudel, a fruit basket, a bottle and other delicacies! We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore Trentino and look for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay, even for four-legged friends who are fully welcomed and pampered! Stunning!!!! What an absolutely fabulous location on the edge of Lake Garda. Erika met us on our arrival and she made us feel so welcome. The property is very much her home with everything we could ever need to make our stay comfortable. The property, location, Erika and Malcesine exceeded our expectations and we are definitely returning next year with the rest of our family. A very highly recommended place to stay.

Place is amazing and great if you have a family! Quiet but also entertaining for kids, the water games are awesome. I would add more pans and pots and utensils to cook with, other than that it was perfect!

The place is super nice and very clean. The backdrop and outdoor area are beautiful, you have a large pool with enough moorings, a hot tub & sauna for your own use. Fabio is very nice and helpful! In 10 minutes by car you are in Riva del Garda, so you have the proximity to the city and lake but still live in nature and quiet. We had our dog with us, it was great for him too! Great recommendation, we will be back! ☀️

We had a fantastic time. The apartment has a wonderful garden and views. The location is great. You can get directly to the lake via a tunnel and reach everything you need, within walking distance and by car in a few minutes. The apartment is adequately furnished, could only possibly use some love with curtains or images. The kitchen has a basic equipment. If you plan to cook a lot yourself, you should bring everything you need. Marco and Giorgia were great hosts and always available. We will definitely be back! 😊

We felt very comfortable... the apartment is ideal for 4 people with two bedrooms and each with its own bathroom and also offers retreats... the recommended restaurants were really great... the possibility to use the pool and also plenty of exercise for our dog made it perfect... We'd love to come back!

Beautiful simple apartment that was ideal for us as a base for our daily motorcycle tours. In the yard there is a long carport where cars and motorcycles can be stored. We also enjoyed the pool and sauna area very much. It should be borne in mind that there is no air conditioning at high temperatures, so it gets very warm in the apartment. We had a very nice week at the place and would come back anytime. Thanks also to the host

What an amazing property - We will definitely be back!! It is very spacious and open/ light and the garden was beautiful. There are restaurants and coffee stops in the port 5 minutes walk away and the surrounding area was lovely. We particular loved how private the property felt and with our little boy & dog, the secure pool cover was really appreciated. We absolutely loved our stay here and can’t wait to return.

Incredible stay in Malcesine! The villa was honestly somehow more beautiful than the photos - and the view was stunning. It was a lovely spot to spend a week. We especially loved eating dinner under there terrace and lights. Matteo was great to communicate with and check in/out was very easy. As another reviewer noted, the drive up is not for the faint of heart - lots of windy, tight roads - but once you’ve done it a few times it’s completely fine - and the villa and view were well worth it!

We had a really great few days. The apartment was clean, newly renovated and equipped with everything you need. A very good pizzeria is just two minutes away, and also groceries, bakeries and pharmacies are close to the apartment. The Mayr family gave us great advice on excursions and other questions. Whether in person or via messages. The area is very nice and quiet, yet there is plenty to explore. We will be happy to come back! Thank you for everything.

We spent ~10 days of family vacation there, and it was a wonderful experience. The place feels new, pristine, and cosy. The beds are super comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped and inviting. The surrounding is breathtakingly beautiful - you get to drink your morning espresso looking at green landscapes, blue skies and snowy peaks from the balcony. But above all - Katya has been a perfect host: welcoming, friendly, kind and caring. She took time and effort to make sure we have everything we need, and provided really good recommendations for the area. We warmly recommend this place and will very happily revisit it in the future. Tiziano and Luisa are super hosts! We had a very good time and will be back for sure. Ideal place to go on vacation with your dog. Super comfortable bed and clean house, beautiful and tidy. They also brought us the keys the night we were locked out, super nice!

We spent a weekend at this place. Clean house. Convenient location with private parking. Super helpful and flexible host with check-in times since he waited for us until 9:30 pm without problems. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay. The apartment is very comfortable with spectacular views. Great location for those who want to have some peace but still be close to the center (5 min walk). Mary was very nice. I highly recommend it.

Really a charming place to stay. The already great pictures in the listing don't even show how beautiful and especially Villa Antopolis really is. Very large class, a fantastic view of the Lago from the terrace included. In addition, a very likeable, friendly, reputable landlady. What more do you need? We will definitely be back.
