House vacation rentals in Noizay

Very nice house, well enough equipped to leave space for everyone, while at the same time offering common activities. The "garden" side, completely enclosed, is safe for children even at a young age as long as the pool is properly closed. The latter is heated and covered or uncovered at will, offers good flexibility to spend the entire stay there. The neighbourhood is quiet and nice. The market, a very good bakery, a butcher shop and the supermarket are all within walking distance with young children. To my knowledge, all my guests, children and adults, had a great stay.

The stay was great, it is an authentic cottage on the property where the owners also live. The house is cozy and rural and very neat and clean. It is very rural but at a good distance from all amenities and there is plenty to do if you want, many beautiful castles nearby and beautiful towns. The garden and pool are beautiful and we enjoyed this very much, as well as the sound of all the birds around us. Anne and Yvon are very attentive, friendly and helpful owners who are there for you at all times should you need this, on the other hand, they also respect your privacy. Absolutely recommended!

It was wonderful to stay in a home connected to the history of the Loire area and its architecture. We loved the elegant, tall windows, the high ceilings, the wide hallways, the fire places, the lovely lounge and dining rooms, the views of the climbing roses from the bedrooms along the back side of the house, the spacious, main bedroom and the large garden with it comfortable furniture. We ate outside and enjoyed the garden. The kitchen is pretty but a little narrow for a couple of people to work in there at the same time. It is well equiped, with everything you need to prepare meals. The main bathroom is spacious. The second bathroom is bath only with shower attachment in the bath. It was fine for us. The house is decorated with soft, pastel wall paper and is quite sparse in its decoration which I loved because I could enjoy the structures of the home without them being hidden by too much decoration. We loved our stay and would stay again. Carol also kindly looked after us.

2 nights on weekdays near Beauval Zoo. Damien was not present on site but the exchanges were smooth and quick. The small house is exactly as described in the listing and the pool is a real plus. Please note, the staircase to access the bedroom is very steep and I do not recommend it for people with mobility difficulties. Note the possibility of sleeping on the ground floor if necessary, with a sofa bed.

Perfect cottage, quiet and peaceful, Florence is a welcoming host. From a wedding in the middle of the afternoon we were able to access the accommodation earlier and leave later the next morning. It's nice to have hosts who are flexible on schedules. Thank you

I can wholeheartedly recommend staying here. The house is quiet, recently renovated, clean and very well-equipped. Very convenient location for cars and very nice garden. Franck was a remarkable host: welcoming, responsive, friendly and accommodating. The house is within walking distance of the very charming center of Vernou where you can find all the shops you need. A large supermarket is also nearby.

A short weekend to recharge your batteries in the countryside! Everything was great: the cleanliness of the place, the interior layout, the clear and detailed explanations, the responsive communication… thank you for everything; special mention for the delicious homemade apple juice kindly offered on our arrival!

Was very relaxing coming back to peace and quiet after a long day of exploring. Highly recommend!!!

The cottage was large and very well equipped. Everything was clean and matched the description. What bothered us was the big dog from the neighbor who barked very loudly at every movement on the property or the street and threw himself against the fence, so we could not use the terrace. The neighbor's property was only 5 meters away and only separated by a 1.8 m. privacy fence, there could be no privacy. At night it was very quiet although the street runs right next to the house.

Very good stay with Celine. The accommodation is very nice and easily accessible. It is close to the center of Amboise and allows you to enjoy the different sites. Céline is a good advisor and responsive to her guests' requests. The attention she paid to us for the arrival touched us.

We had a great time at this beautiful old mill. The place is very peaceful and superb. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Large swimming pool to relax after a bike ride along the Loire. Excellent welcome from Frédéric. We recommend this place.

Karine is a very attentive host. I had never woken up in a rental with hot croissants waiting for us. We had the flexibility to leave, as there were no other guests after us. We felt very good on this well furnished terrace. It was a perfect place for our romantic weekend and we warmly thank Karine.

The place is absolutely stunning - super spacious, stylish, has everything one may need on vacation and even more. The terrace is a jem - we enjoyed our breakfasts on the terrace. The area is very serene and quiet. And Celine is an amazing host, extremely helpful and responsive. Definitely would recommend and would dream of returning again!
