It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. It was a 2 night Easter stay. Very pleasant stay. 2 small terraces one in front of the house and the other upstairs are excellent! we made barbecue. it was great! house and garden arranged with great taste and very well maintained garden. Small garlands with solar batteries light up in the garden at dusk. I highly recommend it. especially summer it must be very pleasant with good weather. crossroads 5 minutes walk away.

I just spent a week in the accommodation, I was welcomed by Axelle's dad, sociable, warm smile and very clear on the instructions, the small house was clean and well equipped, the inner courtyard is a + as well as the location to park your vehicle. I would highly recommend this property. I don't understand the two negative reviews out of 57 at all, I think these people are really in a bad mood. Many thanks Axelle for this exceptional property at a reasonable price.

City center house

There were five of us (4 adults and a 14-year-old girl) for four days. Quiet, peaceful area 10 minutes from the RER to go into the city... in front of the house there is a mini market and near a small boulangerie. At the RER stop there is also a Carrefour express. The house is large, cozy and bright Large kitchen equipped with all amenities (dishwasher, microwave, kettle, espresso machine, toaster). There is a cellar where you will find a washing machine and bins for recycling. Living room with TV, a 3-seater sofa and 2 comfortable armchairs. Wooden stairs illuminated by LEDs on the steps for the evening that go to the floors. On the 1st floor there are 2 double bedrooms with (in one the shower and in the other the bathtub) separately, along the corridor, there is the toilet in a special room. On the 2nd floor there is a double bedroom and one for children. A shower room and in another the toilet. The host was available, provided a lot of directions and responsive to messages. I recommend it.
