Present at check-in and check-out, they listened and did everything to make our stay great. We discovered Montreuil, a young and very nice city, lively but with quiet and safe streets. The house: beautiful decor, well-distributed rooms, very functional, the living room and the manager room can accommodate 8 guests, the sofas, the armchairs are comfortable. Everything is clean, clear, bright. The kitchen open to the manager room is equipped with recent and high-end appliances (bosch, samsung...), spacious bathrooms and the two bedrooms on the garden are bright and the bedding super comfortable, with recent mattresses (king and queen size), some farms and very firm, other fluffy. We didn't try the sofa bed, but we're sitting well, so... Note: two of the four bedrooms overlook the street, where a bus line passes (convenient to go to Vincennes), so if you are insoniaque or have very light sleep, choose the two bedrooms on the garden. The garden was in bloom when we stayed. Several tables, sun loungers and sunbeds allow you to isolate yourself for books. We were lucky enough to see it sunk all day. It's a haven of peace and greenery, appreciated by birds, butterflies...and humans, young and old;-) In short: you can go there without a second thought, you will be, like us, in love.

I went to Sophie’s place as I was getting married in Paris and needed a place large enough for me and my family who were flying over with me. The house was amazing, spacious and even more beautiful than it seems in the pictures! Sophie was very friendly and responsive. It was all really great.

The house is very cute, very well-equipped and as in the photos. Julien was also very responsive and kind. Only small downside the check-in and check-out times (check in 5pm and check out at 10am) seemed very fair to us... Otherwise everything else was great!!

Great place to stay for family with small kids.

We were totally delighted with the apartment – especially the garden was an absolute dream! Our children had an incredible amount of fun, because they were really thought of: there were many toys and employment opportunities, so they felt really comfortable. The provider was extremely friendly, communication was smooth, warm and helpful. Also the neighborhood was very nice and pleasant. Within walking distance there was a small bakery where the owner greeted us with great warmth – and the sweet pastry was simply delicious! We would 100% recommend this place without hesitation!

Overall the place was great and as described. Was super hot when we were there, but there are a bunch of fans so that made it OK. We were a large group so it worked out great. We were warned that there may be some painting and flooring still "under construction", there were, but it did not effect our stay at all. Would have liked to take advantage of the back yard, lots of trees and plants, etc but was too hot and outside bugs were crazy this time of year.

Great accommodation, very nicely decorated with toile de Jouy (wallpaper, cushion, etc.) very well equipped. Very nice welcome by the manager. We had a great time with the family. I would recommend it.

Traveling to Paris for the Summer Olympics was a bucket list event, and finding a place to accommodate six adults comfortably would have its challenges. We lucked out and found this great house in Garches! There was ample space and the layout was great for three couples. Seonhee arranged our car service and met us upon arrival (with croissants and wine) to give us the house tour; she was so responsive before, during, and after our stay, including having her cleaning lady come in after the first week (for a fee)). She prepared instructions/directions and explained how the nearby bus and train systems worked which was very helpful. Even the grocery store is in walking distance making this a real prime location. The only drawback is to be mindful of the low ceilings on the top floor. If you're about 6' tall be aware to occasionally duck. Apart from that the house was great and we would definitely rent again.

Potentially the most beautiful house I have ever stayed in! The nature aspect is big in this one, you live right by beautiful greenery and even have frogs and ants visiting but thats part of living in nature. 10/10 responsiveness, 10/10 House, 10/10 clean.

I would not hesitate to book this Airbnb. Great location near Ternes metro. Short walk to a grocery store and fresh fruits and vegetables. The apartment looked as nice in person as in the photos. Martin was very easy to communicate with. Wish we could have stayed longer.

A great weekend in this large house made for large families. Super pool and adapted garden. Thanks to Emmanuelle who is very responsive and accommodating, it was great, I recommend it! We'll be happy to go back

We were looking for a special accommodation in Paris for an anniversary meeting for 5 people, where everyone has their own room - the old villa was the right thing for us. If you like old buildings and their special flair, this is the place for you. In the rooms with the old furniture, but new bathrooms, you feel very comfortable. A house with history! We liked the neighborhood very much, beautiful houses and a good supply structure. We ended the evening in the wine bar opposite. If you want to go to Paris, you can take the suburban train and quickly arrive at Gare St. Lazare, or you can take a trip to the surrounding area. We had a lovely stay, the contact was very friendly and accommodating, thank you very much. Thank you and see you next time

Brilliant place to stay. We enjoyed the pool and all the amenities house had to offer, brilliant for families. Very close to Disney. House was perfect!

Very good welcome from Pascale and Philippe with thoughtful touches upon arrival. The accommodation is impeccably clean and as described. It was very well-equipped and the decoration is done with great taste. Once again, thank you for everything.

I booked this place for a family trip (4 adults/3 kids). Amazing property with all amenities. The photos don’t do it justice! Peaceful location and space for a vehicle. If you don’t have your own transport, I’d advise looking up directions to get to Paris. There is local train station about a 20 minute walk and about 2/3 stops to Paris. Property was in good condition apart from a few cracked tiles but not worth complaining over considering the size of the house. We made use of the cinema (and I made good use of the massage chair!) The accommodation is perfect for a large family. All the necessary utensils to feel at home. Sandrine and Marina are very responsive to any need, which enhances the pleasantness of the stay.

Spacious accommodation perfect for a large family reunion (there were 15 of us for meals divided between the island and the dining room table and 10 to sleep on site). Carole is responsive and accommodating. We'll probably come back if we have a chance.
