The apartment is conveniently located a stone's throw away from the beach, very functional, equipped with very useful board games in bad weather. There's also a great playlist available. Laurent is very responsive and friendly, we will definitely come back!

The apartment is in a great location, very peaceful especially this season. It was clean and well-equipped. Only downside for the bedding which was not very comfortable but this is very subjective. Adeline is very friendly and responsive with very clear instructions.

Thierry’s place was wonderful! It was in a great spot, parking was easy and it was very clean. It had everything we needed for our month stay and felt like home. The best was so comfortable!

We had a lovely week! This is an apartment but direct access via the exterior staircase makes us think it's a house. The area is lovely. As a result, even in rainy weather, if you decide to read or play cards, you don't feel cramped. Interior design and cleanliness are very much appreciated. Compared to our usual way of enjoying X de Vie on foot, the accommodation is perfectly located between the pedestrian street and Boisvinet beach. Communication by message or with the concierge is quick. In short, as we are used to renting in the neighborhood, the family was unanimous, this is where we want to come back. 🙂

Stay offered to my parents, they were delighted. Very friendly welcome by the owner, very clean, functional and very pleasant accommodation, good location. Perfect, they highly recommend it. All that was missing was the sun!

we have really been in a haven of peace with quality services, a spacious place, very close to the beach, beautiful walks by the sea and small huts on each beach where it is good to sit down to eat or have a drink. jean Paul and Chantal are very nice and accommodating. a great stay with our 8-month-old grandson. recommended+++ we will go back without a problem so much we enjoyed the place. Françoise's accommodation is very cozy, extremely well equipped and offers magnificent views! The beach, shops, restaurants are easily accessible. Communication is impeccable and Françoise is very accommodating. We had a wonderful stay.

We (as a family with 2 children) absolutely enjoyed staying at Daniel's apartment. The communication with Daniel in advance was hassle-free and we always got a quick response. The apartment was sparkling clean and lovingly furnished, not least an excellently equipped kitchen. Once across the street and you are on the beach - unbeatable! Daniel and his wife were extremely friendly and had great tips for the area and restaurants! We were also grateful for great flexibility with check-in/-out. All around great - we can only highly recommend the apartment!!! Thank you!
