In the morning, we walk to the market (5 min), in the afternoon, we cycle to the beaches (7 min). Charming single-storey house located in the typical village of Le Vieil. You'll love the peace and quiet of the house and the 5-minute walk (400 m) to the pretty beaches of Mardi Gras and Le Vieil. The village centre and its shops are just a 3-minute walk away: supermarket with bakery, tobacconist's and newsagent's, restaurant, bar, Saturday market (from 8 July to 26 August). The centre of Noirmoutier can be reached in 8 minutes by bike and 5 minutes by bus (free service in summer).

The house includes a kitchen, living room, billiard room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, all arranged around a patio. Come and recharge your batteries in Noirmoutier, in this setting of nature, beach and salt marshes, dotted with many bike paths. Linens are optional and not available for short stays.

The Feu Follet studio is located on the first floor in a very quiet private residence. You have at your disposal a balcony as well as a private terrace without vis-à-vis on the ground floor of 20 m² which, at nightfall, will offer you a touch of romance by lighting up. Very well located, you can forget about your vehicle and make your trips on foot or by bike. The ocean is 300 m away. The beach, port and its shops as well as bike paths are 700 m away.

Petite maison de plain pied, lumineuse, bien agencée, à la décoration soignée, tout confort. Située au centre du Vieil à Noirmoutier à 130 mètres de la plage et 80 mètres des commerces (supérette, restaurant, café, tabac presse). Nous ne fournissons pas draps, taies et serviettes de toilette, le poêle à bois n'est pas compris dans la location, ne pas l'utiliser, radiateurs électriques très efficaces à inertie fluide. Maison idéale pour 4 personnes.

Bed and breakfast, independent of the main house, with a small courtyard (pedestal table, chair, deckchair), just 300 m from the beach and the Bois des Eloux, comprising a room with a 160 bed, TV, a kitchenette with 2-ring stove, microwave, Tassimo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge, shower room, toilet. Two bikes available. Small pets accepted possibility, a child on an extra mattress €10 extra on arrival.
