Vacation rentals in Noepoli

The apartment is in the middle of the beautiful old town of Scalea, but is still totally quiet. You can get to the beach quickly and there are some good places nearby. The decor is cozy and tasteful, we felt immediately comfortable! In the kitchen there is everything you need. Lorenzo is a wonderful host, he welcomed us warmly and even brought a blanket for our dog so she could sleep on the sofa, what more could you ask for;)) We hope to come back soon!

We were only one night but the property was very clean and Maria was awesome.

We had a great stay at Villa Anna. The house is nicely decorated (what a beautiful view from the bedroom and bathroom) with an eye for detail. The kitchen is also very well equipped. Finally, there is a large terrace, ideal for a BBQ or aperitif in the sun. The house is also very suitable for (young) children. I'd recommend to anyone.

The apartment is comfortable and very well cared for. An oasis of peace and sun. The sea is enchanting and the recommended restaurants in the area turned out to be great!Marta was courteous, friendly and very generous giving us fresh fruit freshly picked from her garden!!!!

The apartment in Castelmezzano was a great stay. Detailed information provided on parking and getting to the home. View from the balcony is amazing!! Good location to access restaurants as well as trails.

I stayed the first week of September and I felt very good. The terrace has a beautiful sea view where I can admire the beautiful sunsets. Davide was very kind, welcomed us in person and gave us tips on some activities to do nearby and for the main places to visit. I recommend staying in this small apartment if you want to have a relaxing vacation.

We stayed in this house for a week, impeccable hospitality, clean room and they already made us find several things such as local products, juice water, etc. Nothing is missing in the house and what is there works perfectly. The things that have been most appreciated are the parking in the building space and the extreme proximity to everything you need (sea, evening outings,shops as well as a very short drive you can immediately find yourself on the SS Tirrena). Antonio is an impeccable host who was responsive in a record time in resolving an issue (caused by me). Nothingelseto say, I highlyrecommend it.

Location in new town on edge of old town with private parking was what got me to book this property. We walked to all places with farthest walk being 20-30 minutes to other edge of old town. Host was always responsive and local recommendations and help with booking restaurants was so valuable. Bedroom on mezzanine can get warm on a nice day but there is AC. This room also is next to street so street noise can be heard for light sleepers. Second bedroom is cooler and quieter. Really enjoyed our stay in the spacious home.

We spent a weekend in Matera. We are very satisfied with the very nice accommodation, great location near the stone area, very kind and helpful host.
