Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Nobby Beach

My family of 4 has just spent a relaxing week at Nicky's apartment. The location was incredible.. The apartment is newly and tastefully renovated and set up with everything you need and more. Facilities (pool, sauna, tennis court, games room) at the apartment are great. Nicky is super helpful and responsive. there's so much space in this apartment and the view down to Greenmount and Snapper rocks is divine. It's a very peaceful apartment. Coolangatta has so much to do, great restaurants, Kirra beach and Rainbow Bay are at your doorstep so plenty of choices for beach days. This apartment is doable without a car, all amenities are at your doorstep on foot. (supermarket and shopping centre is a 5 min walk). highly recommend this apartment. We love Cooly and will def be back to stay Nicky! Thanks so much.

I didn’t personally stay here but my mum brother and sister did they really enjoyed their stay and will definitely be back again next year thank you Glenn What a great experience for them and you guys were very good to communicate with. Would recommend.😃

Nice, clean apartment. I liked the decor/renovations. I liked how there were many windows to open and a fan in the bedroom too. Great natural light too and great location. Would stay again!

A really great spot to stay, short walk to the beach and entertainment. Beds were very comfortable, everything was clean and felt really nice. Host has great communication times. Really loved the easy checkin and check out.

Great place to stay was there for a week while I was on holidays on Gold Coast every thing u need like shops was in walking distance and when I neeedes any info Paulo replied in a good timely manner and was well informed me about getting into the apartment

Micheal was an awesome host. He responded extremely fast and was always very polite. His home is absolutely beautiful and the views of the Gold Coast are incredible. It’s walking distance to almost everything you could need. I would recommend this home and host to everyone wanting a good holiday to the Gold Coast.

We had the best holiday, with my husband and children. I highly recommend it. Sally was incredibly kind, I have never had anyone as kind as her! and yet I have traveled a lot around the world. She is very responsive, understanding and an essential support, her hotel rooms are very clean and with a beautiful view, and you will have everything you need. The hotel is beautiful, the pool is even better than in the photos... and the location is very good too because there is everything nearby, lots of restaurants, cafes, the surfers paradise beach and a lot more…, you will be amazed & happy with your stay! Thank you again Sally I will never forget your kindness and we will book next time in your hotel and I will recommend you to all my family and friends. MERCI

Perfectly located just steps to Pacific Fair and a short walk to the beach and Broadbeach cafes & restaurants. Harry was a great host, checking in to make sure we were settled well and had everything we needed. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

One of the best, if not the best air bnb stay I’ve had. Beautiful home… kids called it barbie dream house Haha it was clean, beds comfortable and had everything we needed to cook most nights and celebrate my daughter’s first birthday. Terrie was a fantastic host, friendly and very helpful. Check in was super easy. The 2 hour parking meant that we had to squeeze two cars into the driveway, but that was easy as our cars are not too big. The place was spacious and great for our dog. It has absolutely everything, from shampoo and conditioner, to coffee and sugar, and cleaning products. Felt just like home and we really didn’t need to pack as much as we thought. Would 100% stay again.

This is a genuine family home, it feels like the owners have just stepped out and left you their luxury country retreat to relax in.

Perfect place for our family, with a great out door space for extra room. Both Mick and Wenny were very helpful and if we needed anything they were literally next door.

Fantastic house, we were a group of 10 (2 families). The house was brilliant. Being able to swim in the pool, play pool & go kayaking on our down days was perfect. 10 of us comfortably sat around the outside table to eat as well. If we come back to the Gold Coast we would definitely book this house again.

Our stay at summers home was even better than we expected. It was a very spacious home and well appointed. Plenty of lounges and chairs to sit on to accommodate many guests and plenty of beds which were extremely comfortable and a full sized kitchen and Butlers pantry that had everything we required. It was in a good location. You could walk to the beach and many cafes and shops. Fishing rods , boogie boards and surfboards were also there if you wanted to use them. Summer was very accommodating in letting us have an early check-in which enabled us to start our holiday earlier than expected. I would definitely go back to summer‘s house as we all had a very enjoyable time there.

Very beautiful place, luxury apartment, incredible view (you can see the sunrise calmly while having a coffee) and very well connected if you use the tram (3 minutes walk)

It was a really nice place, great views and well within walking distance to shops and other attractions. The place was clean, tidy, with everything you need. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

A single Dad travelling with his 15 year old son and stayed at Johnny's Beachside apartment for eight nights. The space was perfect for us. The room was clean, comfortable and felt fresh and modern despite being in an older building, a testament to the care Johnny has put into creating it. The location was just about perfect - close enough to the action of Surfers Paradise but overlooking the more peaceful end to the North. Beds were clean and comfortable. My Teenage son slept on the Sofa bed and reported that it felt like sleeping in a real bed. The big screen TV is also a handy inclusion for the inevitable Gold Coast night where it is just too rainy to go out. Fortunately we had just one of those. What we will both miss the most though is the pair of Lorikeet friends who joined us each morning for breakfast and sang for us from the Window railing. Thankyou Johnny for a great stay and I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.
