In the courtyard of the farm, the forest-side with its own private courtyard area is a 14m² holiday home with a fireplace, electricity and water. Inside the cabin, there are only sleeping areas, a solar heated outdoor shower and a wc attached to the main house. It's also possible to use a separate sauna under the forest. P.s. free range chickens, goats, sheep and other domestic animals on the premises. It's best for people who appreciate a little bit of wilder and more natural experiences who value authenticity more than comfort. Not a party place to just be at ease!

Snuggle up by the fireplace and enjoy a cup of hot chocolate in this enchanting oasis of tranquility on the quiet Estonian peninsula, just forty minutes from exciting Tallinn. If you wish, you can care for and cuddle the fluffy chickens (no obligation!) who live on the premises and over summer listen to the crickets singing amongst the lavender beds.

Outdoor activities can include kite-surfing, SUP-boarding, hiking, birdwatching or exploring wilderness.

House with a unique design

Lovely one-bedroom house with extraordinary privacy, huge garden and artsy design (made by me), yet located in the very heart of the village. Public transport stop and grocery store right across the street. Great resting place for couples, solo adventurers, families with kids and/or furry friends (pets). It is also good place to stay and take a daytrips to Saaremaa, Pärnu, Haapsalu or Tallinn. As I do live here sometimes it’s not hotel style, so don’t prepare for that.

Silma Retreat The Hobbit House

A luxury apartment built in to the woods. From the apartment it is often possible to observe wild animals. Jacuzzi is included. A la carte breakfast can be served for extra fee of 18€ per person. Private beaches to complete the luxury experience. Rowing boat rent on the lake is included. For additional service (250€ for a day) it is possible to enjoy traditional Estonian smoke sauna on the island. Preparing it takes approx. 8-9h, so 2 days notice would be required.
