The area is about 110 m2. WiFi throughout the grounds. The accommodation is also suitable for patients undergoing treatment at Adela Medical Center. Another part of the house, also with a separate entrance, is used by the owner.

In front of the house there is a pond with fish, on the top of the property there are chickens that will lay fresh eggs for breakfast. Grocery store, restaurants, bakery, fast food, in Velky Meder, and in Dunajska Streda (10 km) there is also a well-known thermal bath. There are various shopping opportunities in the area.
