We rate the accommodation in a cozy house very positively, the house met our expectations. As soon as we arrived, we felt at home. We appreciate the opportunity to stay with a dog,a garden and get to know beautiful places in the area. We wish many happy guests. We will be sure to come back here.

A cozy house in a beautiful setting, close to nature, where you are not too disturbed. To perfect, we only missed 3 things - a washer that we would really appreciate during a stay ( 9 nights ) with a small child, a hair dryer, and curtains in the bedroom that would make it dark. The rising sun didn't let us sleep much longer. We used the amazing outdoor space with a large grill really often. Thanks, it was magical!

Beautiful cozy villa with a nice panoramic view. It have enough space for 14 person. Lucia is very helpful and quick responding. We had a really good time, so totally recommend this place.

The host welcomed us very warmly. The place is atmospheric and comfortable. Great thing is a fireplace, it was warm and charming on a snowy day. A house located on a fenced-in property, which was comfortable for us because the dogs could run. Clean and fragrant linens.

The place is great, it's quiet and peaceful. There are many places of interest in the area.

Accommodation and hosts were great! Children and our dogs all had more than enough space and retreats! Everything was clean and nothing broken. We will be back, hopefully with a little more time to explore the area.

We had a lovely stay in authentic village surroundings. The house has only one bedroom but is well equipped for a holiday. Lovely garden! A small neighbour dog spends most of his time outside the house but he was absolutely no problem for us and our dogs. Oldo is a very kind and helpful host.

We loved staying at Tomáš's place. We really enjoyed the cabin and the garden. Most of all, our kids appreciated the playground, which was really cool. Tomáš and his wife are kind hosts, helpful, everything went smoothly. The cottage is comfortable, a great place for summer stays. Recommended.

Very nice reception on site, short tour and briefing. It fully corresponds to the description or is even better, air conditioning, fan ( in the bedroom) as well as fully automatic coffee maker. It is advisable for someone who wants to spend quiet days. To take a look at something touristy, you have to drive something. But we recovered and would come back. The pool is clean and well-maintained and you can refresh yourself. Relax on the terrace with the loungers. There are small corners everywhere to sit and linger there. Whether shade or sun, everyone will find the right place to retreat. And the conservatory was great place to relax in the rain.

The house was exactly like in the pictures and as described - beautiful and very spacious. The kitchen was extremely well equipped for cooking for a lot of people. We grilled, used the fireplace (outside & inside) and the pool and it was perfect for a weekend get away! The house is located in a small village that is very quiet but has nothing much to offer. For us that was fine though as we only stayed at the house. I can totally recommend the place.

Really relaxing place. Nice home cottage, very charming, in the kitchen is everything you need. A bit squeekey floors upstairs, but it's part of the cottage character. Stairs going up to another floor are a bit steep and narrow which was a bit difficult for my mum. Spacious garden, lots of space to sit on sun or shade, to relax. Beara was very quick responding to my questions. No TV which is good for the kids! There is WiFi. We had a great time.

Accommodation clean, beautiful, modern, good access and parking. The owner is very friendly, accommodating and helpful. We were very satisfied and I would definitely recommend this listing to everyone.

Our weeks stay at Zdenka’s place was nothing short of amazing. The selection of books, the wood burning stove, and the eclectic decor made for the perfect cozy getaway. The town itself is definitely more lively on the weekend. We were lucky to experience a local market and outdoor concert (early easter celebration). There wasn’t much else to do within walking distance without a car. However, there are lots of hiking trails nearby, just be prepared for some steep inclines, and there’s plenty of museums and historic attractions that are definitely worth visiting (if you can figure out how to get to them via bus or driving)! Zdenka and Marika were beyond helpful and friendly, even calling us a taxi when we were checking out. We would 100% recommend this spot to anyone who needs a peaceful and relaxing spot to unwind in the countryside.

It was our second stay. It is a lovely place and dogs are welcome. The kitchen is well equipped. Bathroom is nice and spacious, with good water presure and hot water. The floor plan is open, so all 3 "rooms" are in one, without door - kitchen, living room with the fireplace and the bedroom. For us as a couple, it was not a problem. For group of friends, it might be an issue. Location is a great combination between "10min by car to the Stiavnica center for coffee" and "sitting on a terrace feeling like you are in the middle of the forest." The weather was great, and the apartment got quite warm during the day thanks to the sun. On my previous visit, the weather was colder, and the heating was not sufficient to warm the whole place, so based on the weather forecast I recommend warm clothes. Airing the space was a bit challenging with only entry door & 2 small windows to open. Window nets would help stop the "visitors/spiders" from coming inside. Anyhow, nice place. Thank you.

Very demanding home, every little detail has been designed. I liked the use of natural materials, especially the kitchen and bathroom, as well as the combination of wild plants and other garden plants in the garden, bird feeder, bird chirping, peace, tranquility. I've been longing for a rest close to nature, this was more than that. Wonderful little place! The whole family enjoyed it very much! Thank you
