Apartment vacation rentals in Nissi Beach

Very clean and modern feel! Extremely up market and peaceful. Pretty much had the pool to ourselves for most of the stay and when we requested extra pillows they were delivered within a couple of hours. The messaging app for communication during our stay worked very well and the hosts responded immediately. Will definitely return to this accommodation.

Shaun's apartment is in a very good location, everything /beaches, restaurants, shops, bakery, bus stop/can be reached within a short walk. The apartment is well-equipped and we felt at home. Shaun is kind, helpful. I recommend this apartment if you want to stay in a peaceful, calm place.

We had a wonderful time in Demos's magnificent apartment. It is fully equipped and very convenient to live in. Our preferred place is the beautiful terrace with a fantastic view. The photos and description are 100% accurate. We will come back for sure.

The flat is incredible for the price that you pay. It have a lot of thing extra, like soap to wash clothes, things for the beach… I’m really happy to select this flat and, if I will go to Ayia Napa again, I’ll not any dude that I’m going to search this flat.

The flat is located in a very good location, walking distance from amazing beaches, the pedestrian street of Protaras, restaurants, cafes and shops. Fully renovated apartment, spotlessly clean with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, ideal for short or long trips. From the beginning Panagiotis was helpful, willing to explain anything we needed, was very kind and he was always there with a smile!

Very good place, walking distance from the center. George is great and his place is recommended for 2 to 4 people.

Place was larger than expected which was a nice suprise. Sakis was very helpful throughout the whole stay. Would definitely recommend.

Very responsive host, great location

The location was great, in walkable distance to the nightlife area and also the main street, but at the same time on a quiet and private street. The apartment was clean and our host was very responsive and helpful. I confidently recommend this accommodation.

Nice flat in Kapparis, good location, 1 km to Metro and beach( there is 3 nice beaches around) . Flat has everything you need to stay for a few weeks or months! Mosquito nets are a big plus ! By bus you can go to Ayia Napa or Protaras. 300-400 metres is a main street with 6-7 good restaurants and wine shop.

Natalia and her husband were nice hosts. Natalia's husband picked us up from the airport and brought us to the accommodation and also on departure. The apartment corresponds to the description and the location is great. Nissi Beach and Landa Beach are a few minutes' walk away. In the immediate vicinity are also the bus stops that go to Ayia Napa City and Larnaca. The cleanliness in the apartment was fine. A second set of sheets and towels would have been great. Since we did not cook, we cannot say about the kitchen equipment. In some places, the kitchen knows signs of wear and tear, which is a pity that guests do not handle them with care. It was particularly nice that we were allowed to stay in the apartment longer than the regular check-out time. This allowed us to make full use of our departure day. Overall we had a great stay with Natalia and Panayotas

We stayed for a week, it is a quiet area, walking distance to our points of interests and to the bus stop at the square. Apartment very well equipped with every little thing that you might need. And it is very suitable for a workation having 2 desks, which we used. Thank you for all the friendly and quick communication

From the moment I booked the apartment, Maria was outstanding , from the initial communication, throughout my stay and once I headed back to the uk I couldn’t recommend this host enough. We have already stayed in this complex in different apartment but this was by far our favorite. Maksim was always happy to help and extremely responsive. Clean spacious apartment within a beautiful complex! We had an amazing time and will definitely return to this accommodation!

Wonderful place to stay near a lot of walking trails and beautiful beaches.

Very nice and clean house. There are some confortabilities that you do not find in other places like toaster, water boiler, amd kitchen paper. There was a problem with the bed, and as soon as we informed her, she send someone to fix it, she responded immediately. Very good service!
