Patience and nice host

We were lucky enough to stay 4 weeks in Yoko's amazing house. Yoko is more of a friend than a host --> hospitable, friendly, responded within 10 mins and even invited us to dinner. The house is absolutely amazing, well equipped, full of Japanese culture elements and comfortable. The house was spotless, very clean and has obviously been given a tremendous amount of love and care. The location is 10mins walk from the subway and only 20 min walk from the fantastic area of Osaka/Umeda stations. Any issue was resolved immediately and we had an amazing stay here. AC's in every room, Japanese bidet, kotatsu which was great for winter, a nice backyard with washing machine, strong pressure shower, and very fast WiFi which made remote working easy. We will be honored to come back and stay longer, thank you for such a good stay :)

It was very clean as pictured.It was very good.The bath and toilet were also clean, and the two bedrooms were also clean.The interior is stylish and exciting.However, I was a little concerned that the cooking utensils and dishes were dirty.I think it's a perfect place to stay, except for that!

Had a great stay! It was an easy walk to various train stations and easy to get around Osaka. The space was comfortable for our group of 7 with a great common area. There was a list of recommendations around the area that was very helpful.

Satisfaction! The house is about a 2-minute walk from the jr loop line, very obvious location, and next to the house is a very demanding cafe.I took a lot of beautiful photos, the interior of this homestay is large, the first floor and the second and third floors are the entrance of the two entrances, which do not affect each other, especially suitable for our many groups of families, and there is a toilet and shower room on each floor!Satisfied. Also the customer service was quick to respond and a perfect stay!

We stay in Osaka only for the Universal Studio, the place is only 10 minutes away by car. The host provided clear and easy instructions before check-in, its very efficient communication, Im happy with that. First floor is basically entertainment, fitness and kid's little playground. My kids especially loved the dedicated kids' corner — it was such a thoughtful touch and kept them entertained during our stay. 2nd floor is kitchen and living room. The 2 rooms are in the 3rd and 4th floor. 1 shower room and 4 toilets. Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and family-friendly place to stay!

The single-family home has a large and cozy space.We arrived late on the day we checked in (more than 10 pm) but didn't expect the host to be waiting for us, and for us to carry our luggage and piercing about the facilities in the house.The house is fully equipped with children's toys and books, a lot of shopping and eating information near the house, the bedroom is comfortable and equipped with charging plugs, the stairs are also equipped with a small night light for the night, and there is a non-slip carpet, and there are towels and hands in the bathroom.There is also a car space for self-driving people.Unexpectedly, there was a welcome letter, which was really sweet.Very good value for money, perfect for the size of a family, will have the opportunity to stay again and also to friends and family who intend to visit Osaka.The host couple also delivered in person when they left!

Very foreigner friendly accommodation. Nana provided things beyond the other normal host do. Her attention to details was awesome! The room is spacious. Great stay for me. I will definitely come back.

It was a pleasure staying at Tera's apartment during my first trip to the Kansai region. The apartment is located well away from the bustling streets of Shinsaibashi but still share many of its conveniences like a Lawson's, pharmacies and eateries just a stone throw away. You are also spoiled with many dining alternatives along the same street of the apartment, namely "Onigiri Gorichan" and "Sushiro". The apartment wise feels homely with most of the essentials that you would require. My only qualms will be that the Airbnb does not have an elevator (which meant lugging 35kg of luggage up and down the 2F apartment at the start and end of my stay), and the occasional stench of cigarettes from a neighbouring smoking-friendly cafe, but the smell does not take long to dissapate once you switch on some appliances in the apartment. However, I would not trade these 2 flaws for any of the benefits or conveniences mentioned. I highly recommend Tera's homestay to anyone who is visiting Osaka!

The place was exactly as described and a few hot spots were walking distance if you didn’t mind the effort. If you did, you could easily take a train to get to where you wanted to go. Any time I had a question, Sasaki would respond immediately so I wouldn’t have to sit and wait to figure out what needed to be done. A++++ host!

The home was very convenient and clean. It is good for our family of 4. The washer/dryer combo is great. The host is very responsive which make it a very pleasant trip.

The apartment was very near to dotonbori and shinsaibashi, so there were a lot of good restaurants and shops. Host was very responsive and proactive, providing a lot of good recommendations!

We had a wonderful stay at Kyohei’s place. It was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. The hosts were all very responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others

I got stuck in a very unique situstion where I had gotten scammed by an AirBnB host. Alice, cane to the rescue. She understood our situation, and accomodating us accordingly with nothing but kindness, and joy. The property had 3 levels of balcony, which was beautiful. It was spotless, decorated, and safe. I highly recommend staying here!

The best ever, the location nearly everything what we want; convenience store, Drugstore, train station, Dotonbori, Kuromon Market, Bus station to Airport. Restaurant around. Absolutely amazing! Recommend!

There were three baths, which was very good for shortening shower time.

Great place. Very spacious, well connected, close to plenty of convenience stores and other things. Good wifi, very clean, comfortable. Most responsive host I've ever had, always seemed available to answer questions. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at this apartment in Osaka! It had a traditional Japanese vibe with beautiful touches throughout, and the space was surprisingly large – plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring. Just a short walk to Dotonbori and lots of great food spots nearby

Very beautiful place to stay and a great location

I was traveling with my children without my husband, so I thought about whether I should book all my itineraries as a hotel because of the safety, but when I arrived, all my worries escaped thanks to the size and cleanliness of the accommodation. The bathroom system was so nice, it was convenient to use the laundry dryer, and the blankets were so clean and nice. It helped me a lot with my trip.

We loved staying at Nana-san’s place. There was homely feel to the place. It is conveniently located, was clean and very well stocked with all amenities including cooking seasonings. The whole place is quite charming and has a cute balcony with seating. Two futon beds were provided in the other bedroom which looked comfortable however we did not use them as we were only 2 guests. There is a 7/11 just across the road from the apartment. Nana-san went out of her way to help us in keeping our luggage for storage at a place nearby for 2 days before we checked in. She was friendly and helpful with all our requests which was unique about her. Spacious rooms, accessible by elevator. You can look out the main road from the corner window in the room. Very convenient location for tourist attractions as well. The bed was comfortable as well. Would definitely recommend staying here.
