Hotel vacation rentals in Nishinari Ward

性价比超高！算是我这次所有行程最满意的一个民宿！ 最初预定之后发现房源在黑门市场旁边还比较担心吵闹和气味，而实际上完全不用担心！虽然距离黑门市场只有步行30秒，但是完全不吵闹。每天出门就能先逛一个景点血赚，步行2分钟就是日本桥地铁站，道頓堀，心斋桥，难波等有名景点可以直接放到晚上因为走路10分钟左右就能到达。房间的空间也比最初看到的照片感觉要宽不少，设备非常整洁也不老旧。非常推荐！

침대는 적당히 큰 편이고 욕실은 매우 작긴 합니다. 2층 침대 사다리가 매우 가팔라서 정신줄 놓으면 어렵고, 바닥 공간이 살짝 좁은 감이 있긴 하지만 주변에 한국식자재마트도 있고 위치는 괜찮아요. 사실 위에 있는 단점도 가격이 다 커버함.

Great safe environment

Yoshi님은 매우 친절하셨고 문의에 대한 답변 또한 빨랐습니다. 적극적으로 안내해주시는 모습에 무척 감사했습니다. 숙소는 사진과 같으며 청결하고 깔끔합니다. 큰 사이즈 침대 1개와 작은 사이즈 침대 3개가 있으며 공간이 넓어서 여러 명이 숙박하기에 적격입니다. 식기도 많아서 편리했습니다. 제일 좋았던 점은 욕실에 블루투스 연결이 가능하다는 점인데, 음악을 틀고 샤워할 수 있어서 만족스러웠습니다. 청결도에 예민한 편인데, 먼지나 곰팡이 없이 매우 깨끗했습니다. 숙소가 넓어서 짐을 두거나 돌아다니기 편했습니다. 엘리베이터가 있어서 고층 이용시에도 편리합니다. 숙소 옆으로 지하철이 자주 지나가서 약간의 소음이 발생하나 저는 크게 신경쓰이지 않았습니다. 소리에 예민하신 분은 참고해주세요. 지하철역까지는 도보 6-10분 정도입니다. 이 숙소 완전 추천합니다!

Cozy place in a quiet street and very close to the center.

El alojamiento de Lan nos ha encantado. El barrio es tranquilo y muy local, de casitas bajas, y cerca está el templo To-ji, con la pagoda de madera más alta de Japón. Para ir a las atracciones turísticas más importantes necesitas coger el autobús. La habitación estaba impecablemente limpia y tenía todo lo necesario. Las vistas desde la azotea de toda la ciudad son muy bonitas.

출입문을 여는 것과 우편함을 여는 것이 굉장히 어려웠습니다. 특히 우편함을 여는 것이 정말 어려웠어요. 시설과 방은 모두 깔끔히 정리되어있었습니다. 하지만 방이 몹시 추워 자는 내내 히터를 강하게 틀었음에도 아침까지도 한기가 돌아서 곤란했습니다.

Our stay was unforgettable thanks to our incredible host, who went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome, comfortable, and completely at home. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared — from local recommendations to small personal touches in the home that showed how much she genuinely cared about our experience. What really stood out was her kindness, generosity, and constant attentiveness. She anticipated our needs before we even thought of them, and was always just a message away, ready to help with anything. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only professional, but also so warm-hearted. We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, but none have come close to the level of care and hospitality we experienced here. If you’re lucky enough to book with her — do it. She’s a gem, and her place is just as lovely as she is. We left feeling like we made a new friend.

Had a wonderful stay. Felt like home away from home. Matilda and Haruka San are very friendly and cooperative. Food is delicious even for a vegetarian like me. highly recommend the place. Thank you.

Le logement de Lan était formidable ! En réalité il s’agit d’un petit appartement dans un hôtel. Attention : sur les applications type Google Maps, etc. on ne trouve pas l’hôtel sous son vrai nom « Aya Hôtel », mais sous son précédent nom : « Kyoto Pedal ». Sinon, le logement était génial, très propre, très calme,, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour se sentir à la maison ! Le café et le thé à disposition dans le lobby du rez-de-chaussée était très appréciable ! Le système de clé par Code était très simple à retenir, et très pratique à utiliser ! Un seul petit regret : nous n’avons pas rencontré Lan —mais la dame qu’on a vue une fois à l’accueil était très gentille. Nous recommandons fortement pour un séjour à Kyoto !

Stayed for a week with my wife and two primary school aged sons. An ideal place to explore Kyoto and Osaka, with Kyoto station approx 20 min easy walk (or a quick taxi ride). A very peaceful, non-touristy area which suited us fine. Having a separate room for the boys was a blessing after sharing a room in Tokyo. There are free facilities to do clothes washing and drying - again essential after travelling for 2 weeks. Lan was always very fast to respond to all my messages and greeted us at check in. Overall a great place to stay and I’d certainly recommend to others.

A brand new hotel only a 5 minute walk from the train station. There's two convenience stores across the street and a Home Center (like a Wal-Mart, with food, medicine, and clothes) only 4 min away. Honestly, this was a great hotel. Rooms were super clean, beds were soft and comfortable, and lots of amenities in the room. Also offers a paid breakfast buffet on the weekends (might change since the hotel just opened two weeks ago). I highly recommend this place. Easy access to transit, comfortable, and friendly. The front desk spoke English, Japanese, and Chinese fluently. I would definitely return here.
