It is about 5 minutes walk from the subway, JR, Kintetsu tram station. It is about 8 minutes walk from the airport bus stop. The B&B is equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, washing machine, TV, kettle, microwave, disposable supplies, bowls, chopsticks, etc. The room is 58 square meters (excluding balcony). 2 rooms, can accommodate 2 to 6 people (based on the number of adults). There is a balcony outside to dry clothes. 1 double bed, 1 double mattress, 2 single mattresses. This is a 110 sqm, 2-story house for rent, a 3-minute walk from Furukawa Bridge Station on the Keihan Line. (Not a shared house) There is a large living room, dining room, and full kitchen on the first floor, 4 bedrooms on the second floor, and toilets on the first and second floors. There is parking in front of the house and a smoking area. Batonship Inn Osaka, commonly known as bio, is an inn in a reclaimed building operated by Batonship LLC.It is located in a complex consisting of 13 offices, stores, and homes called “Kita's North Nagaya”. The row house is a simple building with a wall that shares a wall with a neighbor, and is a type of multi-unit house with a separate entrance for each house.This traditional Japanese home has contributed to the formation of a rich community and culture in the area, but it has declined year after year due to aging and other reasons. Still, there are still many row houses in the Kinki region, especially downtown Osaka. "Kita's North Nagaya" is a new method for re-living in Osaka row houses.Earthquake-resistant, thermal insulation, soundproofing and carefully renovated, the first floor is mainly a store, and the second floor is mainly reorganized into an accommodation, and a shared garden that can be used for events, etc. on the ground floor, making it a facility that is loved by the area.
