It is located in a quiet villa area a little away from the Niseko ski resort area. 1 bedroom, 2 beds. The room is 1LDK and can accommodate up to 2 people. Up to 1 pet is allowed (pet fee: 2,000 yen. Only pets that are toilet trained are allowed) You can check in and check out by self check-in and self check-out. It is a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the town. It is a place where you absolutely need a car to go shopping or to restaurants. Within a 20-minute drive to each of Niseko's ski resorts. 30 minutes by car to Rusutsu Resort Ski Resort. 5-minute drive to Niseko View Plaza (roadside station). If you go outside and take a short walk around the neighborhood, you can see Mt. Yotei and the ski resort in the distance on a sunny day. ※ An accommodation tax has been introduced in Niseko Town. The accommodation tax of 200 yen per person per night is included in the accommodation fee.

The house is a 60 year old house located in the center of Date City, Hokkaido.The neighborhood is conveniently located with AEON, convenience stores, Daiso, restaurants, etc. The nearest station, Date Monbetsu Station, is about 1 km away.Lake Toya is 30 minutes away by car, and Niseko and Noboribetsu are about 1 hour away. We recommend that you use this as a base for your trip.
