Sehr gut: die Lage (perfekt!), bester Strand direkt vor der Haustür. Supermarkt und Läden direkt um die Ecke. Nicht optimal: laut (Verkehr), kein Fliegennetz (Stechmücken) Die Top-Lage macht die Unterkunft zu einem Geheimtipp!

התארגנו 6 זוגות ממשפחה אחת, והיה נפלא. קודם כל התקשורת עם עינת הייתה זורמת וטובה. היה לנו צורך בחדר אחד נגיש, ואפשרות להביא כלבה ועינת נענתה לבקשה ונתנה לנו את כל המידע לוודא שיתאים לנו מראש. בית גדול ומרווח, עם סלון נעים במרכז הבית, פינת אוכל גדולה בפנים וגם בחוץ, קצת צמחי תבלין, נוף משגע ליער. המטבח היה מרווח נוח, בישלנו הרבה והשתמשנו גם בגריל גז. יש שירותים ומקלחת בכל חדר. ממליצה מאוד על הבית של עינת למי שמחפשת חופשה רגועה ונעימה בתחושה ביתית. יצאנו להליכה קרוב ליער ונסענו לטיול במערת הנטיפים הקרובה. צריך לקחת בחשבון ששער המושב נעול בסוף השבוע, עינת הייתה זמינה מתי שהיינו צריכות כדי לפתוח אותו עבורנו. מקום מומלץ מאוד, שקט ורגוע, מאפשר להתנתק ולנוח.

Great location if you looking a place by the beach. The apartment was very clean and pleasant to be in. The host is very friendly and responsive. I would stay there again.

Quiet, clean, conveniently located near the Mercaz, Lev HaTorah, and many bus lines

This was truly one of my favorite airbnb experiences in Tel Aviv. Omri and the rest Eliran’s team were very communicative and accommodating, and the space itself was gorgeous. Very spacious, great balcony, comfortable beds, etc. Would love to stay here again in the future and would highly recommend!!

The apartment is spacious and bright, with everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the highlight is the huge terrace with an amazing sea view. David is a very nice host who is always available if you have any questions or concerns. The only thing that could be improved is the lack of TV channels and a dishwasher. However, the apartment's location in the city is amazing. The Ashkelon Marina, with its shops and restaurants, is within walking distance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there. Thank you David!

We had such a peaceful and relaxing stay in this apartment. The view was gorgeous from the porch and master bedroom with the beach being a 2 minute walk from the apartment. Eytan was very responsive and helpful all the time. He even helped with information about things to do around the area. Definitely recommend!

The apartment is at a great location, within walking distance to all the restaurants, the beach, a park and many stores (there’s a grocery store underneath the building). The terrace is facing the quart yard, so it’s fairly quiet during the day and night. There’s a safe room inside the bedroom, which is very useful at the moment. Also very convenient parking. The apartment does lack a basic coffee/tea kit and salt/olive oil, but as I mentioned - there’s a grocery with everything right across the street, which is open 7 days a week. Also there are many coffee shops in the area that open early in the morning. Other than that, it’s a perfect location.
