The property is located in Perth's northern suburb of Mullaloo, about 25 km north of Perth along the coast. Mullaloo is Perth's favourite beach for kids because of it's gently sloping sandy beach. Whitford's Shopping Centre is within walking distance (30 min) or by bus (5 min) with the bus stop 2 minutes from the property. The same bus can take you to the train station for the trip to Perth. There is also super market within 5 minutes walking distance which is open 24 hrs a day.
