It is a ground utility with a living room ,kitchenette and bathroom with toilet,can also be enjoyed by the shed with the barbecue which is located in the courtyard of the house. It is in the immediate vicinity of the maira super market LiFe i restaurant life (20 m. from the studio) also there are Pharmacies,Casa of Izzy pei ,Trolley stops ,taxis . The studio has a sofa, a bedroom 200/160, and is heated with floor heating.
