Just amazing! The beach, views, privacy, outdoor kitchen.. everything. Can recommend for anyone looking for a getaway from all the noise and busy life. Also the host is responsive and gave us good recommendations for places to eat and see.

This has become a very special place for our family. Such a peaceful cove, especially in morning and evening when summer boat traffic calms down. Lovely, clean, home-like.

Beautiful villa in a tranquil and peaceful setting. Overlooking the ocean with spectacular sunsets. 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and further down a handful of excellent beach bars. Shirt 5 minute drive to Posidi town. Villa is so homely. Spacious and comfortable. Alfresco and backyard for entertaining and space for the kids. Vasiliki is a wonderful host, communicating clearly and proactively, helping when needed. We highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay at Angelos and Ioanna's! Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed – with homemade muffins, fresh olives and a delicious olive oil from our own production. This loving gesture made us feel welcome right away. The place was absolutely clean, cozy and the beds incredibly comfortable – we slept wonderfully. Another plus: There is parking right outside the door, which made the stay particularly relaxing. The view was simply fantastic – a place to feel good and relax. We had a wonderful time in Pyrgadikia. The apartment was beautiful and everything necessary available. We were greeted with some food, fruit and water. Foteini took great care of us and the place is enchanting. I'd love to come back.

The house is beautiful and as described. It was very clean and had most everything you will need. It is a short walk to the beach and to many restaurants. It is also convenient for driving to other area beaches. The only recommendation we have is to include pool/beach towels. That would have been very helpful. Arabella responds very quickly to any questions or inquiries. Great house! Highly recommend and would rent here again.

Kritamon Apartment in Neos Marmaras – highly recommended! The apartment is very clean, modern, and newly furnished – truly a place to feel comfortable. We were completely satisfied! The host was extremely friendly and responded to all our questions within minutes. This is exactly how a perfect stay should be. We will definitely come back!

Nikos, his father and mother were very nice, friendly, accommodating and helpful. Upon arrival and departure we had gotten a local, homemade specialty from the mother. Very delicious! The father always gave us vegetables and fruits from the huge garden. Fresh green, mature figs were allowed to pick from tree at any time. The place was great, as shown in the pictures and film. We ate outside daily on the terrace under the olive tree if we were not in the restaurant and enjoyed the fabulous views over the bay/beach/island and sea. The path to the beach went down. With me it was 300 steps and then another 100 from the edge of the property up to the terrace. Since there are only about 10-12 private houses along this beach at a good 1 km, it is nicely empty and you have your peace and quiet. Temperatures were 33-39 degrees C this year probably particularly high. A full recommendation!!!

An ideal place to relax! The apartment fully corresponds to the photos. Very comfortable bed, quiet at night and during the day, clean! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking! Hosts are friendly and always in touch. We had problems with the car and turned to Constantinus for help in finding a service and everything was successfully resolved! We definitely recommend visiting this place!

Marianna, the co-host was very friendly, very welcoming, the place is small but comfortable, cosy and very clean. We had a great time. The only downside was that the beaches we were visiting were a bit far, but there is a public beach which is a walking distance to the apartment. The center of Nikiti is also a bit far but there are places to eat nearby. And when I talk distance, I am talking distance with small kids. Otherwise, nothing is far away from the place for grownups only

We're not ones to chase luxury, but this stay had everything we could’ve asked for to feel completely at home. We had a really good time at Maria and Dimitris' house. Very good hosts. A place to recommend and where I would return.

This is one of the best places we have stayed. The apartment is well designed with modern furniture inside, a comfortable bed and lots of crockery and kitchen utensils. The outside balcony and the views from inside are stunning. We will miss waking up and looking at the view from bed!! It is a quiet area so sleeping at night is a dream. Parking is easy and the town offers lots of shops and restaurants. It is an easy walk into town and along to the next bay for even more choice of restaurants. If you have a car it is worth driving over to the other side of the peninsula for a range of different coves and beaches. Getting into the apartment is really easy with an electronic keypad on the door handle. Vagelis gave excellent information and was easy to contact. There is always hot water and the shower is modern and powerful. The washing machine also works well. We would highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to explore the area.

In addition to the perfect location and the great house, the fast and helpful communication with Emma was absolutely exemplary. Emma is a great hostess. We always felt comfortable and welcome. We once asked for more dish towels and small bowls. Within 15 minutes, these were brought to us. THANK YOU FOR THE TIME.

We spent a wonderful week with our 3 children in Nonda's apartment. The apartment is even nicer than in the photos, the amenities really very good. Since we were there at the end of October, we were completely alone on the beautiful beach. The sea water is magnificent and was still 23 degrees. It was really an unforgettable, wonderful stay for the whole family

We spent 15 days in the apartment and felt completely comfortable. The apartment is on 2 floors. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses. Downstairs a small kitchenette, a very small bathroom (with a great shower), 2 sofas and a TV. There is no dining table in the apartment, but 2 very nice balconies, so we had breakfast in the shade on the smaller one in the morning and enjoyed the sunset on the large and covered balcony in the evening. The garden is magnificent and designed and maintained with a lot of love. The existing barbecues and many seating areas in the garden offer all guests the opportunity to retreat or to seek contact with other guests. We felt super comfortable, George and his family are always ready when there is something to arrange/help and are just super nice! The 2 beaches are 50 -100m away and very nice. We are thrilled and highly recommend it!

One of the most enjoyable parts of our holiday in Sarti was this wonderful accommodation. Hosts Stratos and Martina welcomed us warmly. Stratos gave very valuable suggestions not only about the house, but also about what can be done in the neighborhood. We got to know the area much better thanks to his advice on beaches, restaurants and places to visit. The house was clean, tidy and comfortable. Everything is modern and useful as it was renovated 3 years ago. Ideal size especially for two people; both practical and aesthetic. The air conditioning was strong, the kitchen was equipped, the bathroom was hygienic. The balcony was very pleasant for coffee or rest. Excellent location; within walking distance to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. It's on a quiet street and there's no parking problem. We parked our car right in front of the house. We felt like we were at home. This accommodation has become unforgettable with both the quality of the house and the attention of the hosts. Thank you very much to Stratos and Martina! 💙🇬🇷

We felt very comfortable in Nikitas' apartment. Nikitas personally welcomed us in a very friendly way and showed us the apartment. We have rarely seen such a clean apartment. The apartment had everything you needed in terms of amenities. The highlight is definitely the first-class location, less than 60 seconds from the sea. On the terrace, you can enjoy the direct view of the sea, whether at breakfast, lunch, or dinner, which is complemented by the lovingly designed and well-kept garden. Ideal for the little ones :-) We felt very comfortable and will definitely come again.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The accommodation is tastefully decorated, very clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The quiet location was particularly pleasant – and yet you can walk to the center in just five minutes. A really nice combination of tranquility and proximity to everything you need. Dimitri was a friendly and attentive host. He responded quickly to our questions and was easily accessible, which we greatly appreciated. A special highlight was the terrace – a beautiful place to have breakfast in the morning or to relax in the evening. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay that we would be happy to recommend.
