Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Nikiti

We liked the house very much; it had everything; the host Stratos had thought of everything; he also gave us very good information about places to visit in the area. You can walk from the house to the beach; there are markets in the village where you can find everything. I definitely recommend this house.

Everything you may need was there, also some tasty olive oil and honey! Unfortunately we couldn't use the chimney, but Giorgos provided two electric heaters instead. Agios Nikolaos is a cozy village with friendly people, dogs, cats and goats :)

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Great beaches nearby, helpful recommendations and links shared the night of our check-in. Would stay again, would recommend to friends and family.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering a peaceful retreat for families. The spacious outdoor area is beautifully green, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The neighborhood is very calm, adding to the overall tranquility of the experience. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but they are cozy and comfortable, which worked well for our family. We couldn’t have been any happier! The apartment is very spacious for two people, comfy, well equipped and really clean. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. Zacharias even left some food in the fridge for us, which saved our first evening. In general Zacharias was a great and friendly host. He was always easy to reach, gave us some recommendations for the area and even let us stay longer on the day of our check-out as our flights didn’t leave until the evening. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved Niki's house! The sea view is stunning and the quiet wave-sound is so relaxing.. The house was spotless clean, Niki and Pantelis were extremely kind and warm - we could feel their loving intention even with our language barrier. Anna, their daughter was very kind and responsive in perfect English in writing whenever needed. Pyrgadikia is the cutest village with small cafes, restaurants and marina, with the sweetest atmosphere only 5 minutes away. The house is located in a strategic point, close to the roads to both sides of Sithonia and was very comfortable to thoroughly explore all around it. I highly recommend!!

Our stay was very nice. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. There was a great breakfast, which was included in the price. The service was great. The apartment was very well maintained, clean and tastefully decorated. The pool was great too.

Amazing value for money. The flat is reasonably well located and with Giannis' instructions very easy to find. Has all the amenities you need for a couple or more people and there are a few places to eat and drink within walking distance as well as supermarkets. Giannis is a crindly guy who was very forgiving when I inadvertently broke part of the shower fitting and was always contactable if we needed anything. 10/10 would stay again

We had an amazing stay at Athina’s place! Her mum, Olga was a great host. Their place is very spacious and secluded. The apartment has a private entry, with a terrace looking over the sea, and it was great to have a coffee in the morning! The kitchen and dining room have everything one needs for a vacation, bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes and hangers. There is also a washing machine at your disposal! Our family of five (three generations) enjoyed a lot in nearby hikes and swims!

This place is a hidden treasure - amazing first line view, empty beach, cozy, comfortable, clean, easy parking. My definition of ultimate relax. Georgios is a great host! We will gladly return next year.

Very nice cozy flat with quality appliances. Sea view is gorgeous. A/C and heating working well. Location very quiet in Winter but surely buzzing in summer.

We (4 adults and three little kids) had a wonderful week at Isavella’s place! Everything was super clean, the kitchen fully equipped, comfortable beds and the terrace and garden were perfect! We explored many nearby beaches and we swam every afternoon in the beach just 2’ from the house, the sunset was very lovely there! I have nothing negative to say, Isabella was very responsive and flexible with the check in and check out hours and Mrs Aleka was so friendly and helpful! Thank you!

The house is really nice and the host tried to help us we everything we needed. The house was clean, exactly like in the pictures. But the house the following downsides: - video cameras pointing to the patio and the pool aria - the location pined on the map is really wrong. the house is far away from the location pointed. you can reach the beach only by car like 10 min away of driving - birds nests on the patio and on the balcony, so if you have a bird phobia like myself I advice to not book the place

One of the best stays we've ever had! Fantastic accommodation, with very nice aesthetics, fully equipped and in a perfect location. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything and there was air-conditioning in all rooms. The garden had a wonderful view of the forest, while the panoramic view of the sea and the island of Diaporos from the hill was truly breathtaking. The owners were very friendly, they gave us a lot of information about the area, and we were also given a wine! The beaches around were all great. Thank you for everything and we can't wait to come back soon!

The stay was perfect - Nikos waited us patiently, even though we were running late. The place has a very nice location, the beach is no further than 20m from your backyard. And yes, you have your own backyard, with barbecue, umbrellas and everything needed for a relaxing vacation. All the terraces from the rooms have a view to the sea and if you need to do some remote work, they have an outlet and good WI-FI. As for what to do around - besides going to the beach, you have some beach bars within a walking distance from you. The restaurants are located in the village of Possidi, on the east side of the beach, but you can always go there by car - it is 5 minutes drive. Also there is a water sports center, right next to the beach bars, so you can go kayaking or paddle surfing, without the hassle to bring your own. Overall, our stay was great. I can only point out 1 drawback - the link between the floors is a spiral staircase, which can be a little narrow sometimes, but it is doable.

This place is absolutely amazing and the location cannot be better. Pasquales was great and helping us get this set up. He was great with all the information about where to go and what to do. Some great tips. The folks next-door at the beach bar were also great and helped reserve us some great seats each day. The water and the beach were perfect. One of the best things is that the house was only a few Steps to the beach and allowrd us to have some very relaxing time when the kids wanted to take a break Pascuelas, did not disappoint—house was extremely clean, phenominal view!! Short walk to everything Lastly, huge thank you for boosting the car the day we left . Our family of seven had a wonderful stay at this lovely villa. The spacious outdoor area and pool were perfect for our kids, and the house was spotless and well-stocked. We loved the beautiful nearby beaches, and our kind host made everything easy. A professionally managed property that we highly recommend!

Great house, it had all we needed for us and our 1 year old, great view. You will need to use the car if you want to go places but it offer a quiet place in order to relax.

The villa is great, very comfortable and clean. There are utensils and cooking facilities for many people, everything has been thought of with attention to detail. We were 10 adults for the New Year celebration, it was very sunny, calm and beautiful! The yard, barbecue and pool are superb. There is a peaceful large terrace with a view of the sunset. Thanks Chrisa for making us feel wonderful these 3 days!
