Vacation rentals in Nikia

Dit was ons tweede bezoek aan Grand Annys Home. Het is een authentiek Grieks huisje wat van alle gemakken is voorzien. Dit jaar weer erg genoten van ons verblijf. Anna, de host maakte onze aankomst zeer aangenaam omdat alle basisvoorzieningen al aanwezig waren. We kwamen vroeg aan en Anna bood zelfs aan om ons naar de fietsenverhuur te brengen zodat wij al meteen Kos Stad in konden. Weer voor herhaling vatbaar.

İlk airbnb deneyimizdi ve şahaneydi. Evin konumu muhteşem, hem çarşının başlangıcında, hem plaj sadece 5 adım ötede, hem de huzur dolu... evin otantik oluşu ve denize açılan pencereleri ve balkonu bizi büyüledi. Nisyros adasında dolaşmak kadar evde vakit geçirmek de çok keyifliydi! Ev son derece temiz ve düzenliydi. Ev sahibimiz ve ailesi, dünyanın en tatlı insanları olabilir! Bize her konuda çok yardımcı oldular ve güleryüzleri ve misafirperverlikleriyle bizi evimizde hissettirdiler. Kendilerine sonsuz teşekkürler. Bir sonraki konaklamamızı şimdiden iple çekiyoruz.

We had an amazing stay at the apartment in Kos! The apartment was luxurious and beautifully decorated, with a tasteful interior that made us feel right at home. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The location was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to local attractions. The jacuzzi was a fantastic highlight, offering the perfect way to relax and unwind while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Stelinos was a wonderful host - very helpful and friendly, always available to assist with anything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend staying here. We’ll definitely be back!

Das Apartment war sehr sauber, es hatte Alles, was man braucht und die Sonnenuntergänge waren Atemberaubend. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, da man zu Fuss ins Metoxi Restaurant gelangen kann, sowie im Stadtzentrum von Zia. Da es keine richtige Strasse gibt empfehlen wir ein gutes Auto zu haben, um die Unterkunft zu erreichen. Danke Maria!

For a peaceful holiday, this self contained apartment in Tingaki is perfect. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. But far enough away to be quiet. The well equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare simple meals, some good restaurants nearby and communication with the host was quick and friendly with some great suggestions. Highly recommended

Passati 10 giorni splendidi! la casa è bellissima pulita ordinata molto accogliente Xara è disponibilissima gentile ci ha lasciato l’appartamento fino a tardi per darci la possibilità di farci una doccia visto che avevamo l’aereo molto tardi sempre pronta per ogni aiuto Abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di vino acqua sale zucchero caffè bustine di tè cose che solitamente compri e la metà butti Xara passava ogni due giorni a pulire l’appartamento cambiare le lenzuola e gli asciugamani La casa è vicinissima a una spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi e al centro abitato pieno di ristorantini con cucina greca ad ottimi prezzi Sicuramente se torneremo a Kos torneremo in questo appartamento dove abbiamo lasciato un pezzo di cuore

Wir hatten eine unbeschreiblich schöne Zeit und haben die Ruhe und vor allem die Aussicht genossen. So einen imposanten Blick auf die Bucht von Kefalos muss man gesehen haben, wenn man auf Kos ist. Vor allem der Sonnenaufgang ist ein sehr besonderes Erlebnis und das Frühstück mit Blick auf die Bucht. Das sollte man nicht verpassen! Giannis steht seinen Gästen rund um die Uhr und prompt zur Verfügung und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Danke für die tolle Zeit!

This stone cottage was lovely, its located in the most beautiful garden with a pool and two other cottages along with the main house. There are even lemon and orange trees on the property! The hosts were super fast to reply and very helpful. The cottage is very cute, everything is very clean and fresh and nicely decorated. The only drawback is that the wifi doesn't reach well through the stone walls so that can by difficult for working.
