You can ice fish or fish in the summer. You can jump into the water from the lovely steam of the wood sauna. Relax in the peace of nature. Nearby there are, for example, Kontiolahti ski trails and trails, biathlon stadium, Paihola's disc golf course, summer cafe (about 6 km), Pielisjoki and Joensuu (21km) services.

Rakennus sijaitsee samalla tontilla omakotitalon kanssa kuitenkin täysin erillään ja omalla sisäänkäynnillä. Läheltä löytyvät: sairaalan palvelut 1,4km, S-market (auki 24/7) 700m, apteekki, ravintoloita sekä hiihtoladut/lenkkipolut alkavat takapihalta. Vieraalla on käytettävissä kaksi polkupyörää. Parkkipaikka lämmitystolpalla(pistoke) oven edessä. Jos sinulla on kysyttävää niin autan mielelläni.

Villa was build 1999-2000 as a second home from the family with basic facilities criteria for everyday living. Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers. Style is rustic with a light twist of retro functionalism. Now we have moved 200m, on the opposite side of the road, and we offer Villa for our quest. Your sincerely Leena & Juha
