The unit is situated close to the security entrance so no long walks to get to the uber or to the exit. Unit lacks little and offers a eastern facing large sized balcony and western facing kitche, shower with a bath in the ensuite and a shower with a toilet in the main. Good sized 2nd room and even better sized main room. Furnished with updated furniture and has good speed internet, located on the 2nd floor with no elevator but stairs are huge sized. the flat flushes easy and has zero hints of stale smell, the tiles are shiny like the pics.Extremely, supremely reliable host, specially that she wasnt physically in joburg at the time. tv has all standard apps preloaded. Most bolts and ubers know the area due to Blue hills mall. Very quiet and safe estate and area in general 8/10. Will be returning 100%

5 Stars – A Wonderful Experience! I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Patient Victor’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was clean, well-prepared, and exactly as described. The space was cozy, beautifully furnished, and felt like a true home away from home. The host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Awesome place! Super host! Great/safe area. Plenty of room to spread out. Peaceful river in the back. Everything was absolutely great during our stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

A really cozy cottage, with super nice kitchen and the bed was really good. Smart layout and loved the little fireplace. Good value for money. June was a really good and nice host ready to help with everything. I will definitely come back here.

Home away from home, what you see is what you get .the only thing I had issues with was the stairs I had luggage and it was on the last floor but the helper assisted me I was very happy with everything definitely coming back here🤗.

I had a wonderful stay with Olga and Steven. Both of them are very friendly and always there to help with any queries. The flatlet had everything I needed for my stay, which made me feel right at home. Plus, there is an adorable dog always happily greeting me in the mornings. Would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Romeo was a great host and went the extra mile to help, even going out to getting BBQ coals for us. the apartment was nice and as described, with comfy beds and very nice towels. pool and trampoline were great and just what our daughter wanted. great host, great stay, would visit again
