"Stralsund" has a separate entrance and a size of 65 m². A free private parking space is available directly in front of the house. It is very quiet, only local traffic (cul-de-sac). It is located 5 km north of the Hanseatic city of Stralsund. The nearest guarded swimming area (Stralsund city pool) is only 6 km away.

In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country.
