These offer great excursion and refreshment options. The bike path between the wine villages of Meckenheim & Deidesheim, 100 meters away, invites you to take extensive tours. A bicycle parking space and parking facilities complete the apartment equipped with underfloor heating. When the weather is nice, you can use the terrace behind the house.

The apartment is located near the city center of Wachenheim, with small restaurants and wineries, surrounded by gardens on the way to the Wachtenburg ruins, which offer a magnificent view. The accommodation is suitable for a longer stay and for couples who love peace and nature. Available on request: pick-up service from the train station. Cycling and walking trails allow you to explore the "Tuscany of the Palatinate."

Etage, kein Aufzug) wurde vor kurzem vollständig saniert und ist mit hochwertigem Mobilar ausgestattet. Sie verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer (mit Schlafsofa), ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (1,60 breit, 2 Matratzen), einer Küche und einem Bad mit Dusche. Das Apartmentgebäude selbst ist gepflegt, wenn auch schon etwas "in die Jahre gekommen". Bringst du einen Hund mit, ist dieser sehr willkommen.

Ferienhaus Lenchen

The house Lenchen is a detached cottage in sunny Niederkirchen near Deidesheim. It was built in 1956 on the outskirts of the Palatinate village as a small building with stables, a large haystack and wine barrels in the basement. In 2020, it was modernly renovated and laid out as a holiday home by the son of the builder. The back yard, which used to be the chicken coop, has become a comfortable courtyard with sitting area, loungers and electric grill.
