The 30 square meter non-smoking apartment in the heart of Rheinhessen is located in the Spielstraße, less than 2 minutes' walk from the playground. Behind it, the small Welzbach stream flows, which separates the place from the vineyards with countless hiking possibilities. Welcome to our newly renovated 2-room apartment in the heart of Flörsheim's old town! Modern comfort with a fantastic view of the Main awaits you in 55 square meters. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 baby. In the BD, there is a queen-size bed (180 × 200 cm) and a box-spring bed (100 × 200 cm). In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

The cottage (approx. 70 sqm) is a converted stable and is listed as a monument. It is surrounded by vineyards, wineries, restaurants and is only a 5-minute walk to the Rhine. In principle, it is only suitable for 2 people. The cottage is fully equipped with, for example, a washer/dryer, SodaStream, internet-enabled TV, WiFi, lounge furniture on the terrace and many extras. Pets are welcome :-)
