I went for work and the apartment was very well located, excellent for leaving quickly for Isla Teja. The accommodation is ideal for one person, although it works well for a couple on vacation. All descriptions are accurate. The bed and shower are great if you're a tall person.

This Airbnb is ideal for visiting beautiful places, such as Saval Park, the UACh botanical garden, the waterfront and the river market. It's very easy to get around, there are businesses nearby and the place is super quiet for a good rest. The hosts were always very attentive to our requests, there was coffee! We'll come back with more time another day 💕

Juan Carlos was always very helpful with all the questions we had, he recommended places to go and they were very flexible with the check-in and check-out. Very grateful ☺️

The accommodation is a very nice place, with access to a very nice beach a few meters from the cabin. Rodrigo's treatment was very kind, we even had an inconvenience and helped us in a great way. The cabin is very spacious and fully equipped, definitely a place we will return to.

This was a great place to stay. Largest home I've been in while in Chile. Well located. Felt totally safe. Modern and up-to-date. Clean, spacious, airy. There are gathering spaces on both levels of the house. We were a group of 4 and had plenty of privacy. We also loved that there was a washer/dryer combo that was available to use. The best thing though was the responsiveness of Laura to our questions about getting in, recommendations and then what to do on leaving. Thanks for a perfect stopping point in Valdivia.

Great location! Nearby is a market where you can buy crab very cheaply! Go see the sea lions and take a walk! There are also many restaurants and everything is within walking distance. There is a parking lot, very convenient!
