On the main floor, our versatile bonus room is equipped with a queen/single bunk bed combo and a cozy TV lounge area — ideal for kids, teens, or an additional couple thanks to the full queen bottom bunk. It also has its own private ensuite bathroom. Sonia, our gracious caretaker, prepares a delicious breakfast each morning and keeps the house effortlessly tidy around your schedule — always with fresh towels at the ready. She lives in her own completely separate apartment beneath the house, with a private entrance — ensuring your privacy is fully preserved at all times. My place is nestled near the heart of Montezuma. Beautiful beaches are within a 10 minute walk on either side of the Villa and the famous Montezuma waterfall is just a short walk up the river behind us. This is one of the few places to rent directly in front of the ocean. You’ll love my place because of the ocean view, the tide pool on the property and the beautiful garden. My villa is great for couples, solo adventurers, families with kids, and honeymooners. Daily cleaning service included!
