Apartment vacation rentals in Nicoya Peninsula

We had such a pleasant time here. This was our second stop after our destination wedding at an all inclusive. This was the perfect place for us to relax into. The pool-gorgeous & perfect temp. Location- walkable and only like 6 min walk to beach. Room/cleanliness- great we were pleased when we walked in. Clean, cool and the bed was super comfy. Erika was an amazing host for us! We loved her. Didn’t use the house keeping as we were only there a few days but did use the laundry service. $20 a load washed dried and folded. Worth it to us.

Besides the clear instructions, easy access to the apartment, spotless amenities and utensils, and the quiet, peaceful environment within walking distance to beaches and supermarkets, the hosts were helpful and responsive during an emergency we had at night. They provided assistance and guidance when we needed it most.

The place is excellent, just like in the photos, impeccable and quiet, good location, I hope to return soon

We had a great stay at this little house, it was clean and comfortable, the little kitchen was well-stocked with appliances, and it’s only a short walk along the beach (at low tide) to the centre of Sámara. Natyarith was a great host, super helpful and responsive!

Great air BnB! Perfect for couples who want to be free in their bedrooms.

This airbnb was so comfortable to stay in, the room darkening blinds and extremely comfortable bed and bedsheets were great, loved the space and the full kitchen. My bf and I were able to make nice meals here and we saw lots of wildlife from our balcony - macaws and deer. The hosts were always responsive and so helpful with recommendations for me. The place was very clean.

We stayed in 12 places across Costa Rica and this is by far the most beautiful, well thought-out place we have stayed in. You can tell that the owners wanted to make a good investment with comfort and pleasure for the guests in mind. Many other ‘luxury’ stays we went to, cut corners on materials and quality but this was just in an other universe. Many thanks Sophia!

A fantastic place with a very friendly host ready to make you feel like home. Very clean and all as in the pictures. Will be happy to come back if I’m ever in Coco again.

The aparment and area around are very convenient and nice. The garden is beautiful and there are multiple places to work and relax. Luis goes beyond to help and assist and made us feel at home at once. Everything was so easy and we loved everything about Luis’s place😄 We cannot recommend Trebolmar aparments enough!

Juan was very easy to communicate with . His place is very difficult to find but he send very helpful videos so we had no problem once we got close . The kitchen could use a few extra pots and a spatula. From the pictures I was under the impression it was a private pool for the apartment but it was right out front of his private residence. This was not too much of a problem though because he was very happy to have us swim anytime . There was also not a barbecue for the residence but again he was more then willing to let us use his private one .

Enjoyed the visit. If I’m ever in the area for a weekend vacation, I’ll consider rebooking.

Had a good stay at Lucas' place. Its a cosy, simple apartment that has everything you need, away from the noise of the centre but walking distance to the centre avenue and the beach. There is a good gym nearby that offer weekly and daily passes (if that's your thing). There's also supermarkets nearby if you need to stock up. Lucas himself is super friendly and always responsive. From the moment I booked his place, to the moment I left. He also owns a surf shop, which I recommend checking out. I went kayaking and surfed for the first time ever! Which was tough, but good fun. Overall it was a great stay and I'd happily do it again. Pura Vida 🤙🏼

I really appreciate the stay in tamarindo in Stephanie apartment.she was very helpful suggesting main attractions and she also replied very quick to our request.the apartment is close to center you can reach walkimg few mins

Can’t say enough amazing things about this property and the hosts! Had everything we needed, and more. Loved the hanging net hammock and hot tub on the patio. It was serene to lounge outside and listen to the river and sounds of the jungle. The hosts were extremely accommodating with an early check in when we unexpectedly arrived much sooner from our shuttle transportation. It was greatly appreciated that they were so flexible and understanding. The place is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Some of the excursions that arranged shuttle transportation were able to pick us up just around the corner from the Airbnb which was still very walkable and convenient. A few restaurants within walking distance and a grocery market not too far either. It’s very close to town, only a few mins drive. A little slice of paradise! So glad I stayed here.

Ample parking, private security, excellent maintenance of the green areas, common areas and the apartment is all very new. Excellent attention from Michelle.

The place is very close to beautiful beaches, no unnecessary noise, accommodation as advertised on the page, clean, well equipped, very good service from Andrés for all the concerns we had, the facilities are very clean and safe. I would definitely come back in the future. It is advisable to have a high vehicle for these rainy dates, to be able to move within the area, since the entrance street is unpaved

This is really a gem, great location, close from the beach and good restaurants. Good parking slot even for large cars, that is difficult to find. The host was really responsive, giving recommendations about local events, restaurants, etc. The Airbnb was as described in the pictures. I will fully recommend this place.

We had an incredible stay here! We were a large group of four families and Elvis was so helpful and accommodating. It was perfect for our few days in Monteverde! The balcony view was beautiful.

My husband, three-teenaged kids, and I had an amazing stay here! The condo is a great location close to the main strip for restaurants, shopping, groceries. The resort is well kept and the pool is top tier. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! The condo has washer/dryer and A/C which was necessary for our family of five. Communication with host was easy. We had an issue with water leaking from master BR’s A/C unit and Phil immediately had the issue rectified. We rented a car and drove from SJO airport, and we are so glad we did! Getting around is easier with the Waze app. It took us about 2 hours to get from SJO to condo due to afternoon traffic and about 1 hour and 15 minutes for return to airport in the early morning with less traffic. We give our stay at Anik and Phil’s a strong five star!!

Amazing place to stay! Gorgeous view, comfy bed, great shower. Everything was very clean, nice to have laundry service available. Check in was easy, they were even able to get us in early. Very secure area. Loved being across from Mistico Parque - we got up early and walked the trails before the tour buses got there. Breakfast was so good the first day, delicious and wonderful service. Second not so much but maybe because it was Saturday. Wonderful stay all around!
