Places to stay in Nicoya

We had a fabulous time at Jill's place. Tony, at the concierge service she arranged, was wonderful and super responsive. He helped us book all our tours and arranged for our golf cart which was very helpful to get the family around. Everything is walkable but at the end of the day we all appreciated a ride back up to our place. The apartment was great, the kitchen had everything we needed, rooms were spacious and bathrooms were clean. The view from the balcony was spectacular. Kids really loved the pool, it was very quiet and they had it to themselves most mornings. The beach was also a highlight, relatively quiet with fun waves. We would highly recommend this condo and the area!

Al's villa is one of the best places we've ever stayed as a family. You are just steps from a beautiful beach and can hear the waves throughout day and night, while being inside a very modern, clean, and functional space. A 1-2 minute stroll takes you to the BPV restaurant and pools, which our kids absolutely loved. Kitchen highly functional with all the Tupperware and dishes one could ever need, all rooms comfortable and have AC when needed, and the villa just has a wonderful feel that makes you not want to leave. Our daughter keeps saying she wants "to go back to #11"! (as do we)

Super well located. Just a few meters from the beach. The studio was very clean and is equipped with everything you need. We liked our stay very much and would come back any time.

amazing Apartment !!

Had an amazing experience staying in the Las Palmas Neighborhood. Provided a comfortable and clean space for our family to stay. It was amazing having the pool with a couple of steps from our door! The beach was only a short walk away, maybe 5 minutes which was perfect for watching the stunning sunsets. The condo had such incredibly friendly people as well, from security to fellow visitors. Our host was incredible and so helpful! One of our best vacations to Costa Rica!

We truly enjoyed our time here exploring the local area. The kitchen was well equipped-and with the pool being steps from your patio door- there was no need to leave the gated community some days! We found we did not need a golf cart for our week long stay- the beach was only about a ten minute walk along the main streets with lots of shops and restaurants. Highly recommend the catamaran tour with marlin’s tours (I think is the name)- we had a great day on the water!! Overall we loved our stay at Mary’s place the weather was great and the accommodation were very relaxing with the pools in the gated community being quiet and not over crowded We really appreciate the hosts accommodating an early check in- we were super grateful for this after a long overnight flight!

We (family with 2 children , 6 & 3 years old) felt very comfortable on the Fidelito Ranch. The kids enjoyed playing in the garden, feeding and showering the dogs, as well as the great horseback ride with Leon. We greatly appreciated the quiet location, but were also able to get to the larger cities quickly.

Yarina’s place was amazing! The view was even better in person and the property was very private. About a 15 minute walk to flamingo beach and 10 minutes from many restaurants. The place was very clean and felt like home. Cant wait to visit again!
