Beachfront vacation rentals in Nicosia

What a fantastic villa, the location is superb with the villa located directly on the beach. We stayed end March / beginning April and very rarely saw anyone else on the beach. We were looking for a place to relax and unwind and this was perfect. The villa is private but had so much to keep my teen boys occupied - a massive very clean swimming pool, ping pong table, pool table, basketball court, football, dart board and kayaks. The weather was also good enough for swimming in the sea. The check in process was very easy and the villa had everything we needed. Zacharias was easily contactable if we needed anything. Thanks for a fantastic stay.

What a wonderful short break we had with our fur babies. Stavros and Irena made you feel very much at home and were a very welcoming couple. You could not ask for better hosts. The house has everything you need and the beds are very comfortable. The views from the terrace were wonderful overlooking the beautiful beach which you had almost to yourself. The sound of the waves was lovely to fall asleep . There are not lots of tourists or fancy restaurants nearby but the restaurants that are within a few kilometres are excellent traditional food at good prices. Hope to be back next spring.

Very responsive host and very well-equipped apartment.

Comfortable weeks stay. Easy access with lift and key safe lock. Secure building with plenty of parking. Resort pools, gardens & bar/restaurant were brilliant. Apartment was well stocked with drinking water, beach towels, cleaning products & toiletries. A/C in the rooms although we didn’t need them, just used the portable fan. Lovely balcony with great view.

The house was clean and had everything we needed for a daily stay. Recommended.

Great view, would defo love to be back in the summer. Has all kitchen equipment you need to cook with, TV and wifi. Clean. Will recommend. Couple side notes to point out was that it was hard to find initially and getting in was an issue but Lukas was very very helpful , I couldn't praise him more. I chose this room because it had a bath yet there was no drain cover to be able to have one and only 1 small towel in the whole room so had to leave and buy some. Hot water to a couple hours to heat up but otherwise, no major issues to talk about.
