The place is a peace of heaven, the view of Granada and the lake is priceless. Definitely recommend the place, very comfortable, it’s a must visit, exceeded all my expectations. Bravo 👏👌

We got in late with two small kids. Todd had the place stocked with groceries for us and arranged for our transportation from the airport. The place is beautiful. We swam in the lake a ton and were treated to close encounters with Howler monkeys 2 of our 3 mornings there. We cannot wait to return. Todd and the staff were so helpful and responsive. Don’t hesitate!

la estancia fue agradable y amena. la piscina estaba refrescante y limpia. la casa contaba con todo lo que prometió. esto no tiene nada que ver con el anfitrión ni la casa pero como sugerencia lleva repelente de insectos para estar listo por la noche. por los mosquitos y uno que otro insecto adicional. Excelente casa frente a la laguna de Apoyo, una vista impresionante. El lugar es tranquilo para disfrutar en familia o con amistades. La casa tiene todo el equipamiento necesario para las amenidades disponibles. El personal que nos atendió durante la visita siempre fue de gran ayuda y bien amables.

The moment I arrived, I was welcomed by a serene yet conveniently located retreat—nestled far enough from the hustle and bustle to offer tranquility, yet only a short walk from shopping malls, restaurants, and public transport. The bungalow's thoughtful layout truly impressed me. The unique second-story loft bedroom is not only cozy but also adds a delightful touch of character to the space. The fully stocked kitchen and comfortable first-floor living area made it easy to settle in and feel right at home, while the outdoor patio and lush garden provided the perfect backdrop for unwinding after a busy day exploring the area. What really stood out during my stay was the impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail. Knowing that fresh linens and towels are provided and that the entire space is thoroughly disinfected for each guest gave me peace of mind and allowed me to relax comp

The place is amazing, however it gets a little bumpy one mile before you get to the house, a small car won’t ever make it, if you thinking to get there at night I would recommend that you don’t because the last mile it’s very narrow and very dark. Other than that the place it’s amazing and the care takers are amazing people. Pablo is very responsive and was always available.

Beautiful Place to stay with an Incredible view. I love that it’s a Gated Building with security at the entrance. Feel in love with the Dogs Guarding the area!
