Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Niantic, East Lyme

We (short-term owners of three years) had a fantastic week-long stay with a group of 7! The house was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Check-in was a breeze, and the hosts were incredibly attentive, kind, and quick with helpful suggestions. The variety of games and activities—especially the record player, fire pits, hot tub, and air hockey—kept us entertained. All amenities were ready for use, making our stay truly enjoyable. The perfect place in the perfect location. Looked just like-if not better than- the photos. Plenty of room for my family and I. Cute and safe neighborhood to walk in, close to a lot of restaurants and the beach! Anything you need is available to you in and outside of this lovely home! Next time we’re in the area we’ll be sure to book again.

It’s feels like pressure to write a review that stands up to ALL the other incredible reviews. I suppose we should stop there because that says it all. But we will add this: Ellie and Tower either wrote the book on hospitality or they read it 100 times. There is no doubt you will get the sense that everything is done with an eye to making you happy and comfortable…. And they do that in Spades. If this place caught your eye… act now… it will capture your heart as well.

This place was great! My party and I had an amazing stay. The house was very clean and looked like the pictures. The beds were very comfortable as well. Cathy was very communicative and answered all my questions.

Great house in a sweet spot! Walking distance to little beach and playground. Back porch was terrific with a great view. Very responsive host. House very clean and comfortable. We would definitely return!

From the kayaks to the coffee, our stay was glorious! I loved waking up every morning to the gorgeous view of the Niantic River. The indoor and outdoor spaces were comfortable and there are so many amenities. Location is perfect- a short walk to the boat dock and back entrance to the Oswegatchie Hill Trail. Jennifer's place was a great option for us in the chaos of finding a wedding spot in Memorial Day weekend. We flew with our little one for the first time and needed a place that would be able to accommodate us. The availability of a pack-and-play, a high chair, and other helpful baby items made our stay much easier and less stressful. We were comfortable, in a great area, and the communication was amazing.

David's place was perfect for my weekend stay in New London with a very convenient and quiet location. The apartment was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathroom was clean and well appointed (I especially loved the clawfoot tub). David was easy to communicate with and proactive with instructions and sharing information. I would definitely stay here again!

Marianne’s place was very nice. It suited my wife and I just fine. Clean, fresh, and just the right size for the 2 of us. Parking was VERY convenient and the location was perfect. Everything worked well - door lock, water pressure, lighting, TV, Internet - no problems at all. We had a very nice stay.

We booked this place to be close the the festival downtown and it was. 1.3 miles or 25 minutes walk. Perfect for us. The Airbnb was clean and spacious. Shower is a little small but ok. King bed is very comfortable. Yummy welcome treats on the table was a nice touch. Keurig pods and maker available for your pleasure. Well lit and very secure. Felt safe at all times. Great place to book if you need to stay in this area.

Beautiful fall stay at Jo’s! Loved the space, amenities, and especially all the directions and recommendations for the area. Will definitely come back again if we are in the area.

Beds were very comfortable. Took me a minute to find lights in bedroom but I didn’t look for them until it was already dark. Little kitchen table…and a bit wobbly but it was clean. Bathroom had large walk-in shower which was quite nice. Simple/easy Airbnb.

Great space, lovely view, and nice amenities. Very close to everything. If you're a very light sleeper, the train may bother you since it starts at 6am - but we had a toddler, so he was fascinated. I would recommend it!

We had a fantastic experience! The home is in the perfect walkable location to all of the shops and restaurants in mystic. The home is clean, looks just like the photos, and the owner is extremely detailed with arrival information. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot. We will definitely stay here again!
