This place really deserves a 10-star review, but that option doesn't exist. It's one of the best places I've ever stayed. It's super clean, and the area is very quiet.

Great stay - Super comfy bed and great shower! Air con was always perfect temp and the staff at the hotel were really helpful and attentive, beach just over the road and amazing infinity pool with a beautiful sunrise if you can get up early enough! Overall a great stay, thank you :)

Uni의 도움으로 알라카르트 호텔에 묵을 수 있었습니다. 이 호텔 전에 시내에서 조금 떨어진 리조트에 묵었는데 여기는 시내와 가까워서 좋은 점이 있더군요 바로 앞에 비치도 있어서 며칠 묵으면서 수영하기도 좋을 것 같아요. 옥상 수영장도 있으나 꽤 작아서 이용하진 못하고 밤에 루프탑 바만 이용했는데 높은 층에 있어서 그런지 시원하고 좋았어요 저렴한 가격에 분위기 내기는 좋은 호텔인 것 같아요. 에어 비앤비를 통해 예약했지만 다른 투숙객과 동일하게 체크인아웃을 하며 호텔을 이용했고 다만 조식은 포함되어 있지 않았습니다. 하루밖에 안 묵었지만 2박을 했으면 더 알차게 보낼 수 있었을 것 같아요. 호텔 내 직원들과 호스트 모두 친절해서 편히 쉬다 갑니다

This apartment which is in a service hotel was great, clean comfortable. Hotel had very kind and fine service with extremely polite and helpful staff. Louis and his family were very helpful in every way. They helped us to rent a car at very good price, They also have a wonderful restaurant with delicious local food as well.

훌륭한 객실입니다. 가족과 함께하기에 이만한 숙소는 없지 싶습니다. 수영장도 가깝고, 마당이 있어서 아이들이 뛰놀기 너무너무 좋았습니다. 집사님도 빨리빨리 응답 해주셔서, 정말 너무 즐겁고 편안하게 보낸 8일이었니다. 다만, 하필이면 며칠째 비가 내려서인지, 화장실에서 며칠간 하수도 냄새가 조금 올라오긴 했는데, 신경이 크게 쓰일 정도는 아니었고, 그 외의 청결도는 끝판왕 수준이었습니다. 또 들르고 싶습니다. 팁! (한국분들께) 근처에 매점 같은게 없어서 불편하실 수 있는데, 롯데마트 어플을 까셔서 주문하시면 15만동(맞나?) 이상 주문시 배송료 무료고, 빠르게 배달되니 불편함이 좀 덜하실거예요~ ^^

A double-room apartment in a hotel. Reasonable price, great location. Just a few steps to the beach. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The beds were really wide and so comfortable that we missed out our breakfast the next morning lol. All in all, it's an absolutely wonderful place for staying in Da Nang if you want somewhere near the beach and your budget is a bit tight. You will relax yourself and feel like home here.

We loved our stay! Beautiful apartment, very comfortable beds. Amazing pool and beautiful beach. Very relaxing! Half way between Hoi An and Da Nang. Cheap to Grab to either. We appreciated the daily water and coffee. Highly recommend and hope to come back here 😊

We’re a couple who stayed in the apartment for over 2 months and enjoyed every minute. It’s exactly as described, matches the photos, is spotless , comfortable, quiet and well equipped. It has 3 large balconies to sit and watch beautiful sunsets. Bed is comfortable, sheets and towels are great Washing machine was a welcome addition, as was the weekly cleaning and friendly, helpful doormen and staff. The location is fantastic, both for great restaurants and walking to the beach. Even though located on a busy street, it’s very quiet at night. Amazing Airbnb, definitely recommend and would love to return someday.

이번 숙소는 다낭 한달살기를 위해 선택을 한 숙소입니다. 80세의 부모님 두분이서 생활하는데 넘 좋았답니다. 저 또한 초반에 세팅을 위해 아내와 4박6일 함께 초반 생활을 했는데 넘 친절하고 피드백이 빠르게 많은 것을 도움주셨네요. 숙소에서 그랩을 이용해 이동을 했으며, 다낭의 관광지를 돌아보기에 나쁘지 않은 위치였답니다. 저희 부부는 미리 귀국을 했고, 부모님들은 3주를 두 분이서 지내셨지만 너무 편하게 잘 생활하셨다고 하네요. 오늘(4/20) 귀국을 하셨는데 너무 모든 것이 좋았다고 칭찬 일색이었답니다. 숙소에 필요한 전자레인지, 선풍기, 모기약을 비롯해 수건이나 물품들도 알아서 잘 챙겨주셨고 있는 동안 많은 너무 편하게 해주셨고 출발 날짜에 항공시간이 새벽이어서 늦게 숙소에서 출발할 수 있게 지원도 해주셔서 부모님의 피곤함이 훨씬 덜하셨다고 합니다. 넘 고마워요. Hai!! 아는 분들 중 1달살기를 원하는 지인이니 일주일 정도 방문하는 지인들에게도 꼭 추천드릴꺼 같네요. 감사합니다. 부모님의 첫 한달살기에 좋은 추억을 만들어주신 부분이요!!!

First of all, the house is very beautiful and stylish, it's well-equipped with modern faculties. I love the host too, she's very friendly and responsiveness, also her aunt who supported me a lot during the time I stayed here. Will turn back to this house next time!!

Condotel này thực sự tuyệt vời về cả không gian, thái độ phục vụ, dịch vụ chung và tiện nghi trong phòng. Mức giá lưu trú quá tốt so với những gì condotel này mang lại. Giá giặt đồ ở đây khá rẻ.

It’s a pleasant place to stay

Хорошая квартира, в ней хочется остаться. Очень удобно, что кондиционара два. Можно ночью включать только кондиционер в гостинной и будет не жарко и не холодно спать в спальне. Район скучный, даже не поесть нигде. Такую квартиру хочется телепортировать с собой по всему миру в нормальные места.

I really like the Japanese design of the room. Everything is clean. Moreover, the landlady is super friendly and nice. I’ll choose this place if I come back to Đà Nẵng.

A great place to stay in An Thuong, only a few minutes walk to the beach. Very clean apartment with super friendly service. Lots to see and do and eat within walking distance. We look forward to staying there again!

Very attentive and friendly host with her family living on the first floor. I could always communicate the host via zalo whenever I forgot the key or have some inquiries. Room was tidy and had a lovely interior. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and there're plenty of cafes and local restaurants around the house. I will come back for sure and highly recommend to anyone :) Thanks again for the pleasant stay for two weeks.

Friendly helpful host, good location and fair price. No bars nearby so not noisy, and sufficient internet for online work. Building is a little older & not in perfect condition but this is reflected in the price. Cleaned well with weekly cleaning service. Would happily stay again!

I stayed for 42 days from the 2nd week of January on the 7th floor, I felt very comfortable with the apartment, everything was as it was described in the listing, sunny and bright with good bathroom's and bedroom's, the kitchen is also good. I hired a motorbike and kept it in the garage below the apartment block. Location of the property is great, close to the beach, bars and restaurants, its a great place to stay for a holiday.

Идеальное место по заявленной цене, если вы приехали на кратковременный отдых. Для длительного проживания есть некоторые моменты, которые нужно обсуждать с Томи. В том числе, будьте готовы оставить залог 100 долларов или эквивалент в местной валюте. Бережно относитесь к мебели и технике и залог вам вернут при выезде без проблем. Так же нужно будет проветривать свои вещи, чтобы избежать пятне плесени. Для работы с профессиональными программами интернет не подходит, зависает часто, но для обычного использования проблем нет. Я просыпалась в 5 утра и мне не мешал шум с улицы, это очень тихое место, несмотря на близость к местам развлечений и пляжу. Все находится в шаговой доступности: магазины, рынок, пляж, кафе. Томи очень заботливый хозяин.
