The shower temperature was a bit difficult to adjust, likely due to the slightly low water pressure, but aside from that, it was an absolutely wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends!

We had a large group of friends stay at Binhs home in Da Nang. We were blown away by how beautiful the house was and how accurate it was to the photos and description. It was very close to the walking streets, cafes and to shopping. The house was cleaned daily and sheets and linen changed every other day. We would definitely recommend this place to any large group visiting Da Nang. ☺️

Six years ago, I was satisfied using the Ocean Villa with my family, so I went back this time by recommending this accommodation while going to Da Nang with my acquaintances again.The condition of the bathroom or kitchen was a little low, but I enjoyed it comfortably while it was almost tidy.In particular, the swimming pool attached to the accommodation and the large swimming pool were well maintained, so it was good for children to play in the water, and it was comfortable to have a life jacket.The bar food next to the large swimming pool is also good for Korean taste, and carbonara cream is the best ^ ^ I want to go again ~

A convenient and homey place to stay in Da Nang. It is very near the beach and a a short walk to many places (Restaurants, Coffee shops Mini Marts, etc.) Shelby was a very responsive host and attentive to all our needs. I would.highly recommend his Pad to anyone traveling to Da Nang looking for a safe, comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Communication was a strong point. Host created a group chat to coordinate all things during our stay, including private tours (even though we didn’t use), airport pickup and check out. Very responsive. Checking in and out was super smooth and the driver has a jolly spirit. Place is exactly as shown in picture, spacious and clean. Bed is very comfortable.

Ms Thuong was very responsive, helpful and resourceful. I stayed for 2 months and every Monday the was cleaned, towels have been changed. She provided a contact for a motorbike rental. She even provided a few kitchen utensils that I requested. It was a great stay!

It was nice to be able to use good facilities for the price.

I have spend a very great time with my family at Richard’s place. The house is very clean and the rooftop swimming pool is awesome. The day and night view has its features for enjoying and relaxing. Richard also very kind and friendly. He response very fast and very appreciated that he allow us to do late check out which makes my trip very comfortable. I am sure I will book again next time. Khoa was a very responsive and friendly host. Our requests were attended to almost immediately. The property has a high and open view to the surrounding/the river. The bedrooms were comfortable and air conditioned. The living room is well decorated and with entertainment options. Our stay was great. We walked to some attractions albeit it was hot and humid during the day.

It was nice to be able to use the Hyatt at an affordable price. It was perfect for a family trip!! Ocean view is guaranteed Apart from breakfast, you can enjoy all the rest of the facilities for free (swimming pool buggy car gym, etc.). It was so good!!

The airbnb has a great location in the An Thuong area, right next to all the cafes,restaurants and the beach, yet in a quiet peaceful street away from the noise. I stayed at two different rooms in the building over a month, the larger room facing the street and the slightly more compact room facing the back of the building. Both the room types are as shown in the pictures and what stands out is the hosts who are always proactive to solve any issues and help with any needs. For a longer stay I would prefer the street facing room for the space and the nicer balconies. Overall this airbnb gets a five star from me with standouts being the location and the hosts who are super prompt and supportive through the stay !

The place was excellent with a lovely balcony view of the sea as well as a downtown view in the other direction. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and the kitchen had everything you needed and more. We only spent two nights but wish we could’ve stayed longer.

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

The apartment is exactly photos, which is enough for family stays. Amenities like shampoo, bathgel, toothbrush, towels avaiable as staying in a hotel. There are many clothes washing shops in the street with cheap price, so very convinience. There are many banh my on the street in the morning, so good for fast breakfast. It is quite noisy at 10pm as it is near very crowded beach, but we can still sleep. Cleaning avaiable for free each some days, just ask the host and he will supply. He answer very fast. The swingpool is nice but with price (100k/audult, 50k/ kid) so we swim only 2 times. We prefer the beach. Sitting at the rooftop to enjoy the whole night view is great. We stays 5 days and all is good. And dont forget to ask the host to check the air conditioner before you come.

It’s one of the best Airbnb I have been staying. The place is clean, modern style, and gorgeous view. Danh is really helpful, responsive and supportive. I will definitely stay with her again whenever I come to Da Nang. There is a pool on the rooftop, it’s incredible place to stay with your family and kids. Love it.

The apartment is conveniently located, close to the sea and restaurants. A bit noisy bars and karaoke around, but after 23 everything is quiet.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better—just a few steps from the beach and super convenient for exploring Da Nang. It’s close to great restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores, and getting around the city was really easy. One major plus: the A La Carte Hotel is a designated pickup point for the shuttle bus to Ba Na Hills (booked through Klook), which made our day trip there super smooth and hassle-free. The space itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. There was even a clothes steamer, not a common amenity in most Airbnb. Everything was exactly as described—if not better. Check-in was seamless, and the host was very responsive and helpful. The lobby and elevator smell absolutely amazing. The reception desk was also very kind, courteous, and helpful despite having no obligation to assist Airbnb guests as we did not book with the hotel itself. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
