The accommodation is in a very quiet area with shops, banks, swimming pool and Spa, bowling. Nearby park, pétanque and banks of the Seine for walks. La Gare is a qlq min walk - direct Paris St Lazare. Bright, it is independent and attached to my house. It is a small duplex with on the ground floor living room and kitchen, upstairs bedroom, bathroom and toilet. Outside, small terrace. If needed, a cot is available. Towels and bed linen is provided. Cleaning done by us at the end of the stay.

We were greeted despite the late hour. The accommodation is very nice, in a very quiet garden. We had a lovely stay. The accommodation is beautifully decorated and communication with the host is very easy and enjoyable.

Beautiful house, swimming pool and indoor jacuzzi, which allows you to enjoy it ideally. Edgarde's welcome is very nice and efficient. Very good, only one downside, the kitchen, which is very functional otherwise, lacks utensils and equipment to really cook.

Very quiet cozy house in the countryside

In the vicinity of the house, there are several chateaus a short distance away, including the Chateau Bizy, which is recommended. The gardens of Claude Monet, the castle of Versailles and Paris are easily accessible within 30 minutes to an hour. In short, the location of the house is excellent. The house is completely furnished; very clean and the host and hostess were very friendly. In the immediate vicinity of the house, it is quiet and in the evening even very quiet. We were there when the temperature was above 30 degrees for a few days and the house stayed cool. The house is absolutely recommended.

Both hosts are very welcoming and are always there to help you when you ask them for something. They live right next door so are very responsive and can accompany you or help you in a short time. A Carrefour is a 2-minute walk away, so it's perfect for shopping.

We visit Épône every year and the hotels in the area are not great so Estelle & Cem’s studio apartment was a beautiful discovery. There’s a great bakery 3mn walk from there, it’s a quiet neighbourhood, very French-village like. The place itself is very tasteful, very friendly communication, welcoming. We definitely recommend it.
