A cozy separate apartment with a fireplace in a new family house is located in the village of Sučany, just a few minutes from the city center, ski resorts, beautiful nature suitable for hiking, biking, mushrooming, fishing, or swimming in natural or aquaparks. You will sit in warm weather in a garden with the possibility of barbecue, or in cold weather by the fireplace, use an infrared sauna for 2 people. There is also a travel cot (3rd person), massage services. Infrared sauna and wood is for a fee of 5€/day.

The location offers great opportunities for mountain hiking, cycling trails as well as exploring history and monuments. Parking in a private yard and the possibility of sitting in a beautiful garden.

The apartment is near the city of Žilina (10 min. by car), offers a large kitchen, a cozy living room and beautiful surroundings. The apartment is located in a new building, it is fully equipped, furnished with new furniture. It also offers a spacious terrace with a gas barbecue grill (free for guests). The private jacuzzi is located in the room, right next to the apartment. The price for the jacuzzi is 35€/4h. A cot is also available. For stays longer than three nights, guests receive a gift.

I offer a super-equipped apartment for short-term rent. It has a spacious living room with a sofa bed and a bedroom with double bed. The apartment has an equipped bathroom with a bathtub and a kitchen, so it is also suitable for longer stays. The apartment has a view of the park (fall bars, children's playground). It is located near the city center and many types of shops are within walking distance. Public transport stop (2 minutes) that will take you directly to the city center (5 minutes).

Byt je plne vybavený, so všetkým spotrebičmi, vrátane žehličky a žehliacej dosky či fénu na vlasy. V okolí nájdete viacero reštaurácií, potraviny, obchodné centrum Galéria, kino Moskva či Slovenské komorné divadlo. V blízkosti sú tiež autobusové zastávky a pošta. Martinská fakultná nemocnica a vlaková stanica sú vzdialené cca 10 min na pešo.

Zrekonštruované štúdio sa nachádza v centre mesta v budove na treťom poschodí v podkroví. Štúdio je zariadené tak, aby bola oddelená nočná časť od dennej. Súčasťou štúdia je samostatná kúpeľňa s toaletou. Kuchyňa je vybavená vstavanou chladničkou, indukčnou prenosnou varnou doskou a základným riadom. V kúpeľni sú hosťom k dispozícii uteráky a osušky. V cene ubytovania je aj posteľné prádlo. Do centra sa dostanete peši za 3 minúty. V štúdiu, ako aj v celej budove, je zákaz fajčenia.

Our wooden cabin is situated between two rivers. So it is a wonderfull and very peacefull place to stay. Downstair, there is a main room, with modern kitchen, fridge, washing machine, diswasher machine... there is a fireplace, that can heat whole cabin. The large terace is great place where you can enjoy your cup of tea or coffee. the garden and surounding is a really great place for kids. and if the weather will be bad, thay will maybe happy from swing low in the cabin... :-)

We offer accommodation in the village of Višňové. It is a house divided into 3 housing units. The studio for 2 people has a bedroom, bathroom and equipped kitchen. The studio has a separate entrance, Wi-Fi, TV. There is also a yard and parking. The studio has a toilet, bathtub and shower. Also equipped with a kitchen with a microwave, fridge and stove. The room has a double bed. We also offer apartment rentals for 4 guests and rooms for 3 guests.

To save money on hotels, I renovated in 2012 the second apartment in the basement of our house to offer accommodation to artists and performers coming to Stanica & Nová synagóga art centres where I work. When it is free, travelers and tourists are welcome. We are in the town centre, in great neighborhood called Mala Praha (Little Prague), close to everything and quiet in the same time. I really like hosting guests.
