The home is centrally located in Clarkston, next to Tri-State Hospital and not far from any place in the LC Valley. The house has two sleeping areas. The kitchen is fully stocked. We added a mini-split heating/air system, and a delicious Coffee nook! We are located near Clearwater Canyon Cellars, with 9 more wineries in the LC Valley. Hells Gate is a beautiful place for a walk, hike, bike, boasting many trails to hike. One block down is Dutch Bro's and Hot Shots!

This is a one level home in a quiet residential neighborhood with a very peaceful atmosphere. Great for large families or a group of people. It has its own large, fenced back yard, for pets (UPON APPROVAL and FEE) and children. There is also a playroom/bedroom available. A park with a children's playground is only a block away. There is a front Porch and back covered deck. There is plenty of private, safe parking. It's 15 minutes from downtown Lewiston and is 5 minutes from the airport.
