The house is located in an unspoiled area with a fantastic view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christiansø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is allergy-friendly and pets are not allowed. The stay is without bed linen, towels, etc., but can be ordered in good time for DKK 200 per person

The 80 sqm. brewery is the original farm's fireplace for cooking, etc. Today, it is a unique home for 2 people and consists of an entrance hall with the old oven and access to a new toilet and bath as well as the home with dining, living and sleeping areas. There is ample space for 2 people. Here, the ceiling is high with beautiful beamed ceiling and sandstone floors from the quarry with underfloor heating. Balkahytten is located 150 meters from Bornholm's finest beach: Balka Strand with the most beautiful morning sun. Less than 2 km along the beach is Snogebæk with lots of cafes, restaurants, a jetty and supermarket. About 3 km the other way along the coast is Nexø, Bornholm's second largest town, which has plenty of shopping, clothing stores and lovely cafes and restaurants overlooking the harbor. 200 meters from the house there is a bike rental and bus stop, so you can easily get around the island.
