The beautifully manicured lawn and gardens filled with lush floral designs adds to its magic. while the front porch with its rocking chairs, invite you to slow down and savor your morning coffee or lose yourself in a good book. Evenings are equally special walking the path to the beach and settling into the adriondack chair with a glass of wine It's a peaceful ritual that grounds you in gratitude. The home itself is cozy, comfortable and thoughtfully decorated with calming beachy touches that make you feel at ease. It's perfectly located just minutes from downtown Salem. I'm grateful to be one of the lucky guests to stay in David's home. He was a kind and gracious host. A truly memorable retreat I will be back

We loved this apartment. It was well appointed with top of the line furnishings and appliances. But what stood out was the charecter and charm of an older home that was well preserved. It was amazing experience. The kids loved the little loft upstairs. We could watch the sunset from our room every day. The little park is right infront of the apparent with the tower which made it feel more spacious. They also had stuff for coffee and a light breakfast which was a nice touch. We would highly recommend

Great stay!

This place was in the perfect location to attend our soccer tournament. Fields were within minutes. The town of Lexington was walkable from the house. The walking paths were just a few steps away. It was the perfect size for our family of 3. We had everything we needed. Place was clean and beautifully maintained. We felt right at home. They even provided a few snacks in basket. It was a nice treat since we arrived later then expected. Check in and out was simple. Everything was wonderful. We will definitely be back.

This is a lovely, cozy, private attached apartment on a quiet street. We'll definitely try to stay here again on our return trips.

Our family stayed 2 nights, and we enjoyed our stay (we'd definitely stay again). The house was easy to find with off street parking. It was clean and spacious. You're about .7 from the commuter train, and the area was cute. We're runners and you could jump on the Charles River path about 1/3 mile away. There is no AC in the house, and there was a heat wave on our first night. The upstairs was pretty stuffy and warm, and since it was April, they didn't have the ACs/fans in the window yet. I reached out to see if they had any fans and they replied right away, and dropped off some fans. Once we had the window fan in, the upstairs cooled down. We appreciated their quick response and we slept well.

Wonderful retreat near Boston!

We arrived on a redeye, exhausted, and our gracious hosts had fresh bagels and coffee waiting for us. The circa 1880s home is so thoughtfully appointed and lovingly renovated that it provides a great sense of place in and historical connection to the Boston area along with all the modern conveniences. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

We stayed at Mary and Dave’s place for a week for my wife’s graduation. We absolutely loved the place - it was clean, peaceful, adequately spaced and had spectacular views. They even had toys, books and a play structure which my three year old daughter absolutely loved. Mary and Dave were gracious hosts and were very kind and helpful in their communication with us. We would definitely look to stay again when we visit Boston. Highly recommend staying here. Thanks again for hosting us, Mary/Dave.

Amir’s place was perfect for our stay near Boston. Loved that it had two bathrooms to accommodate our family trip. Easy drive to the venues we needed to get to. We felt very welcome in their home. Would stay again if in the area.

Our family took all three apartments and we were all very pleased. The location is great - you are right in a small "downtown" with restaurants, a fantastic patisserie, etc. Next to a T station. Easily accessible from other areas. This great location does come of course with some street and train noise which we did not find objectionable at all but your mileage may vary. We had two cars which worked well with his parking. Stas was very thorough will all communication and in showing us around when we arrived.
