Newly remodeled apartment has a full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and cooking basics. Enjoy an electric fireplace in the living room. For your security we have a trail camera at the beginning of the driveway that won’t intrude on your privacy.

Come experience small town living in the heart of downtown Grinnell. In 2017, I completed the historical renovation of this 100 year old gem that was vacant for a few years. You will notice the soaring ceilings and the gleaming hardwood floors once you step inside my loft. Situated next to the Strand Movie Theatre, you'll be within walking distance of Grinnell College, grocery stores and many restaurants.
