Second stay at the farm house. Two weeks this time. We just love it here. Plenty of space yet cozy, everything you need, lovely outdoors space. We enjooed watching the chickens, dicks and horse next door. I wish we could stay for months. Thank you, Amy and family!

House was as listed, great location in a beautiful area. Plenty of amenities and host was helpful and responsive leading up to and during my stay.

This home was so charming. Once we were inside, we felt right at home - everything was so wisely laid out, clean, and fit my family of 4 plus 2 furry animals perfectly. The decor is beautiful! The outside had a good size yard with a runner for my dogs which was so thoughtful. The house is only 12 minutes away from Sunday River and very easy to get to. Our host was wonderful, I really appreciate her flexibility and accommodation to my several requests!! We had a blast - thank you so much!!!!

This was the perfect gathering space for our family vacation. Plenty of fun things for the kids to do and great private space for everyone. The surroundings were peaceful and yet and easy drive into North Conway.

Rented Joseph's house to attend a local atv event. The house was located right on an atv accessible road which was very convenient. The house itself was clean, the entertaining area was spacious and was inviting. The fenced in yard was perfect for our small dog. Joseph was responsive and willing to answer any questions I had. Definately a place I would come back to and stay at any time in Berlin.

We had an awesome weekend stay at Monique’s cottage. The house was clean and equipped with all amenities listed. The yard space is huge for backyard games. Would definitely stay here again!

As one kiddo said at the end “this is the best weekend ever!” This was the perfect getaway and wished we had more time! Stayed 4 adults and three kids with a dog and had more than enough space! The layout of the house was perfect, as having bedrooms on each side of the house! An incredible area so close to town. 30 minutes to North Conway and just minutes to good food! King Pine is also 20 minutes which has multiple winter activities. The house is also so close to the lake! The space was cozy, had everything you needed, comfortable beds, and what a great surprise to have a dryer for the wet clothes after a day in the snow! Matt was a great host, helpful, fast, and responsive. Would stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay! Great place for our family to get together! Janine is a great host and has a beautiful home in town on a quiet street. The house is very comfortable with an updated, immaculate kitchen and pleasant but not crowded decor throughout. We will continue to reserve her space.

Wife and I had a great time at Fairley’s place. Condo was as advertised, clean with all the utensils you need. The resort has a clubhouse with all great amenities. Location is great! We would definitely like to rent again.

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

Cabin is absolutely beautiful, very clean, welcoming, and beds are comfortable. Highly recommended, and we’ll be back for sure! Thanks for being awesome!

Perfect for our group of 4, plenty of space. Much bigger than I thought after viewing the pictures. Everything was clean and worked great. We took full advantage of the kitchen and there were plenty of cook and eat ware. Quick 4 minute drive to Attitash, close enough to go home for lunch. Loved that we were able to bring our dog too! Check in and check out were super easy. We will certainly be back next Winter for our Attitash weekend. Highly recommend staying with Lory for your North Conway, Attitash, Storyland, or Wildcat vacation. Thank you Lory!

Great condo. It was so clean and the furniture was so comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and the hosts truly thought of everything for their guests. Fans were provided, ample towels, and extra pillows for a family of three, and the WiFi was easy to find, the condo was incredibly clean but also felt like a home. I assumed both bedrooms were on the same floor but they weren’t. My son ended up sleeping in the living room during our stay because the bunk bed room was very far from the main bedroom and both are located on separate floors. There’s a folding wall that you can leave open on the loft which was nice to ease my son’s anxiety of sleeping farther apart than usual. Also, the tvs in both bedrooms are almost impossible to navigate so we kind of gave up on watching tv in our room each night. The pools were very nice but the operating hours weren’t great compared to some of the other condos we’ve stayed at in this area. That’s at no fault of the hosts though.

Winter Wonderland Retreat!!! Talia's place was AMAZING!!! We arrived during a snow storm and within a couple of hours the roads and the driveway were all cleared and plowed! The Cabin and trees were all cloaked in snow and it was warm and cozy inside!!! Our two doggos enjoyed exploring the woods and searching for signs of the deer family living nearby. There was a family with young deer and they slept under the pine trees in the back woods. :) They also enjoyed their strolls down the driveway and along the quiet neighborhood roads. :) The night sky was UNBELIEVABLE!!! I did not realize there were so many stars in the night sky!! :) The cabin is very close to Pleasant Mountain, which is a beautiful place to ski! :) The Cabin had everything we needed!! We are looking forward to our next retreat already!! Talia was awesome! She was very helpful and responsive. We loved our stay!! Thank you for everything, Talia!! :)

We rented this place to get away for my son's first birthday and it was EVERYTHING! Enough space for the adults to hang out upstairs and let the kids play down stairs in a fully furnished playroom in the basement. We unfortunately went in horrible weather but still got to hang out by the fire place and watch movies, mommy got to enjoy a nice relaxing bubble bath in the jet tub that attach to the master bathroom hiding away on the third floor all to herself. The best part was the house was completely stocked, crock pot, serving trays, dishes, towels, toys, games etc it had everything you needed and was soooo family friendly! Cheryl was so responsive and friendly. She gave us ideas of the area. So we end ed up adventuring out to the water park and aquarium but either way the house would have been enough if the weather was nice. Out door toys, grill and beautiful patio! I highly recommend the NAC house!

This was our second stay and we are planning to make it an annual event. The house is beautiful, comfortable, cozy and well stocked. I loved cooking in the kitchen surrounded by my family. The fireplace is amazing and the location is perfect. We ski Canmore and Bretton Woods and down town North Conway is filled with great bars and restaurants and 10 minutes from the house. Perfect spot.

We had a great stay at your place. It was perfect for our family. Nice quiet neighborhood in the woods but close to town and ski areas. We also appreciate being able to bring our dogs to a nice place. Thanks, Rob

The cabin matched the description. It is small but space was utilized well. Nice decor, the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot! The location was close to Jackson making it easy to get around. The houses were a little closer together than I expected but it was not a problem. The deck worked out well especially for our 2 small dogs. I thought there was going to be a grill to cook out on, but that could have been my misreading of the description. The view was fabulous. My husband has balance issues and did find it challenging to navigate the 4 granite steps and the uneven granite walkway to the house. Probably not an issue for most people. I would recommend this cabin.

Jan’s place was exceptionally clean and well suited for our family ski trip. Everything was thoughtfully decorated and equipped for a stay of our group of 4. She even went the extra mile to communicate with me when I misplaced an item to coordinate with the cleaner and get back to me. Would definitely stay again!

I took myself and my dog Sammy on a CEO business planning retreat to the Cozy Rock Cabin and it was incredible! It was the perfect location to be free of every day distractions, to visit, map out and strategize while also getting in time for play and rest. The location was perfect, beautiful and surrounded by nature. The cabin itself was clean, comfy and cozy. When we weren’t enjoying the cabin, we were off exploring downtown and going for hikes. There’s so much to do in the area, and you get to make your stay whatever you’d like! We both didn’t want to leave, and will definitely be back!

Richard and Kandi's cabin and surroundings are amazing! We (two adults and two dogs) were comfortable in the cabin, which feels new and very clean. Kitchen and bathroom are well organized and had all we needed. It's a tiny house but feels spacious. The woods and trails are a wonderful bonus. Richard was great to communicate with and helpful about weather and snow conditions before we arrived. He also offered great tips on exploring the trails. Black Mt and Rumford are about 20min drive. Easily our favorite Airbnb!
