This was a really handy space for a quick stop in Edinburgh. It’s incredibly central and I was always only 20/25 mins to where I needed to be (on foot). The space is immaculately clean and tidy. I’d definitely stay again, ideal for short trips.

I was familiar with the area as it's where my father grew up so I chose this partly for sentimental reasons but also because Dalry is pretty close to the centre and Haymarket station. But the flat was great too, and as I rightly guessed it really was much better quality than the other options I saw elsewhere. I'll always find accommodation in the city expensive but this really was pretty much worth every penny. It met all my requirements. Compact but fully-equipped kitchen (with freebie tea bags, breakfast stuff etc.), really comfy bed (slept like a dream) and modern bathroom with proper shower. The whole flat was well furnished. While I was travelling alone this time, it would be ideal for 2 people too. I know my wife would have loved it. Fiona and Gareth were friendly and helpful in their communication with me, and always responded promptly. Everything was clearly outlined and explained. So to sum up, I genuinely enjoyed my stay here.

A brilliant spot in the centre of Edinburgh, Alan's place is a great find and he's a friendly and professional host. Would definitely recommend.

I stayed here for only 4 nights but honestly was so comfortable it felt like home. The location was nice, quiet and safe! The host was very accomindating, friendly and responsive!

You could not ask for a better view! The space was comfortable and thoughtfully designed. It was easy to get everywhere from here. Overpackers beware— the three story stairs are no joke, but absolutely worth the view!

Absolutely amazing! Amazing location right by Arthur’s Seat. The food in the area is awesome. The stairs up are a bit difficult but absolutely worth it. Ben was amazing to communicate with. Highly recommend.

Amazing spot opposite the Writer’s Museum and such a special experience to be a temporary tenant in Gladstone’s Land.

We had a great time in Mat's accommodation. The flat is as described in the pictures. It was clean and had everything you need for a holiday in Edinburgh. Thanks to the central location, we were able to explore the whole city without stress. The treats that were waiting for us when we arrived at the flat sweetened our stay. The communication with Mat and Corrina was also very friendly and without any problems. I can recommend this flat without reservation!

It was a great experience. Amanda’s place is beautiful, with modern furnishings and an amazing view. The location is very central, yet it was still peaceful and quiet. We stayed there with our baby, and she had no trouble sleeping. The bed was large and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you might need. It truly felt like home. I couldn’t recommend it more.

Great place in Edinburgh! It is a little ways from the main downtown but that’s a good thing since the royal mile is way too crowded, loud and crazy. There are restaurants, coffee shops and a grocery store super close. The apartment is spacious, beautiful and comfortable!

Beautiful accommodations, exactly like pictures. Very clean with modern amenities and bonus Scottish snacks. Quiet & safe neighborhood within walking distance to almost everything, we would definitely stay here again!

Would recommend this to anyone looking somewhere to stay in Edinburgh. All major tourist spots really easy to get to on foot Grassmarket 5 min walk away , plenty of shops bars and food places nearby.

A beautiful and spacious apartment. The bedrooms were very comfortable and well equipped. Very impressive views. It was very easy to get a bus into the centre of Edinburgh. We really appreciated and highly recommend the jacuzzi bath after running the Edinburgh Marathon!! Bulhar was great with communication. Also some extra touches were really appreciated - shampoos,conditioner and shower gel and other toiletries available to use in the bathroom. Also some soft drinks and teas and coffees available as well, which was very generous. Would definitely recommend this lovely apartment.

The Secret Orchard is a substantial, historic building. Fabulous inside, with modern fitting but still retaining many of the original features. Very comfortable beds. We particularly enjoyed the garden (Matt's tomatoes made me jealous). My wife thought the chickens, running free, were gorgeous.

Martin and Charul's home is wonderful! Truly a historic, beautiful home. You can stay for one day or a month and feel at home immediately. We stayed with young children and the toy and book collection was amazing for giving us some time to relax while they played! Note that the stairs are steep, so those were a bit challenging for the kids. Definitely doable! We would stay again!

This was a large, comfortable apartment, perfectly located for walking all over town.

Great location and amazing accommodation.

Jamie made sure we were welcomed into the house and gave us hints and tips for the local area. There was a problem with the heating when we arrived (start of the season niggles) but he had a sparky and plumber on site immediately. The house is a great location and Elie is so chilled with great places to eat and central for day trips to other beautiful villages such as Crail and Anstruther. The main living area works so well with kitchen, dining table and lounge area all together plus enough comfy seating for 8 to 10 people (a major failing in many houses with 4 or 5 beds). We all loved our time there

Excellent Airbnb apartment in good location. The drawback was the 3 long winding flights of stairs to get to it.
