Gorgeous place at the best location. 5 min walk to the heart of Cowes and 10 second walk to your own beach access. Couldn't get better. Really is the best Phillip Island has to offer!

Fantastic house within walking distance (500m) of the main street and venues. Lovely and clean, renovated, and comfortable. We stayed as a group of 5 adults who each wanted their own beds, and there was a good amount of space for us, though just a note that the single bed in the same room as the bunks is a pull-out trundle. Bathrooms were fantastic, big kitchen, plenty of space to relax around the house, as well as a pool table setup in the garage and a spa/swim spa combination out the back which was pre-heated and ready to go when we arrived. Hosts were super helpful and very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to others looking for clean, safe and simple accommodation. Everything felt clean and comfortable when we arrived. We loved the fireplace, our daughter loved the table tennis table out the back, and our dog loved the backyard which was safe and secure. Going for a short, local walk at dusk was great for kangaroo, wombat and rabbit spotting also!

The property is nice cozy and comfortable. I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and loved the coffee machine. Bathroom was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Overall stay was pleasant. I recommend this property if you have your own car to travel.

Will’s airbnb is exactly what we needed to just relax! The secluded beach just a very quick 2 minute walk and super relaxing hearing the waves and birds from the house! The fireplace was a favourite also!

Queenie was a great communicator from the get-go! The home is beautiful and such a unique and homely interior and exterior design. We enjoyed being amongst the nature, lots of different birds around. It’s a quiet spot with plenty of privacy - the front and back yard is safely secured to allow your little furry friends to roam around.

We had the best stay here! Mauro was very accommodating to our needs and we had such a fantastic weekend. Would 100% recommend!

We all had a lovely stay, great central location for a golf trip. Pool and outdoor decks wonderful especially given the weather was perfect all week!

Property was great, nice and private with sounds of the ocean and wildlife. The bungalow with kitchenette near the pool was a great addition for our group . Great entertaining kitchen that is well stocked with lots of pots , pans ,serving platters ect. Lots of space inside and out of the house for everyone to relax . We had a great time there.

Great location, and very spacious. Perfect spot to bring your dog with and private gym access with everything you need. Private sauna and cold plunge is a huge bonus for the price. Will defs be back!

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

Place was fantastic. Perfect for a weekend getaway with friends with plenty entertainment options at the place such as a billiard table, arcade game table, heated pool, barbecue area and fire pit. Caitlin was lovely to deal with and was happy to answer any questions in relation to the property prior to arrival which made organising a weekend getaway with friends a breeze. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely week at Somers, walks on the beach, coffee at the general store. The house was lovely, and it was great to emerge from the backyard to the beach - quite some steps though. Pool was good for a quick dip and play. We enjoyed the view - sitting inside (storms) or drying off after a swim. Our doggie was welcomed with treats. Lots of lovely art and an admiral beachcombing collection makes you feel at home.

We had a beautiful experience at Shushana’s place. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. A very compact place but still managed to include all services and amenities, and more! Thanks so much for having us!

We loved staying here. So close you could hear the waves at night. The short walks in the mornings to the beach was just wonderful. The house is very clean and a great place to stay and chill. We lived everything about the house, especially to kitchen. It had everything you could want to cook. If cooking is not what you want, there is a great selection of dining within a 5-10 min drive in any direction. We will definitely book again when we are next on the island. My family had the most amazing stay at Mel’s house. Everything was set up perfectly and there was so many tv areas for the kids and us parents to use. Our dog Harlie was safe and had so much room outside. The house was so clean and everything worked perfectly. We will definitely book again!
